    great way to demonstrate the movement of the poi, really helps slow it down and let you visualise what is happening, good job

    I'm on the baisic lessons purchases, I raced through it then I'm going back know and perfecting every step , step buy step...2 beats 3 beats front and back cought on pretty quickly, reverse forward , backwards in all directions...slower but finely really getting a feel fir it...danceing nearly with all of it...couple more weeks and I go 3 lesson....fun fun fun

    Where can i get poi with loops like this, don't want the handles or swivels.

      I think he was using ball handles here but If using sock poi, try folding over the poi at the ends and use a needle and thread to stitch them and make a loop. Providing your poi are long enough that is. That's what I do, Hope this helps! :)
