Awesome! I always say "All experience is not good experience" with the context that you don't always learn the "good parts" of a repeated pattern.

THE perfect video for me today. I found myself repeating trying to practice but only occasionally would I stop and break down the move. I now know breaking down the move is better than trying to repeat to get thr move better. Thank you this helps a lot!

Love seeing new videos from you. Definitely my first suggestion to new spinners looking for tutorials. Please keep up the hard work you put into making these wonderful tutorials. :)

Calling an activity "practice" can be used as a cop out to not bring your full attention to it, which ends up just being "repeating." Then you're just reinforcing neural pathways consistent with an absence of presence. I use the adage "there is no practice, only execution" to remind myself. I find it's always better to execute something once with your full attention and contemplate it, than it is to drill it 20 times with half-assed presence.

Currently taking your Beginner video course on Udemy. I'm around video lesson 110 and have been taking it for several months. All the pieces are starting to come together. Hoping to flow soon! Anyways, thanks for all your tutelage!

I can see it like if i studied for school just to pass the exams and then i forgot about it and if you like something now thats different cus you analyse and try to get the most of what you are learning
