Eclipse, the grappling hook is really versatile, you should definitely use it helps to get around the map a lot faster, and also it's an easy escape for titans trying to melee you. Edit: Gabi can also with the winch grapple onto people and titans, so combined with explosion perk, and her damage boost, you can easily deal a lot of damage to titans with rocket launcher.

Grapple is so slow to accelerate shifters can take a shower before you start going fast, damage increasing perks also don't work on heroes, imagine a 25% damage boost on Magath cannon
A lot of people don't know this, but you can disable the legs of titans with the sniper, it's just you have to shoot each back of the leg individually.

Both are great and balanced, Eldians are easier to control for new players, and Marleyans you need more skill to use them, but in high levels of skill they are both equally good, just different playstyles, Eldians are focusing in mobility and timing and Marleyans are focusing in aim and reaction time
