On 9 Bass is way too much for the complete soundstage. if you just like hefty bass, okay. but you gonna miss a lot of the whole sound. i saw most of the reviewers say, let it on 0
@@Greystone i would say on 0 the bass is still strong to have a lot of fun with it. But i agree, if you are up to a singleplayer action adventures, with a "hollywood boom", you can easily play around with the bass boost level. Maybe i would try with 3 or 4, but it's all personal preferences... Have fun! ;-)
Thank you for making this! Can I ask the reasoning for having Auto-mute on low? If I don’t have it on high, there is way to much noise and sounds that gets picked up in game chat. Which isn’t great for fps games where hearing footsteps etc is crucial.
You are welcome Marie, auto is going to be different based on your surrounding, if you have a lot of background noise you can have it on High, Im in a more quite area so low works to keep the dog noise out lol... Also I have experienced when having it on high that it can sometimes not pick up my voice in chat.
On the Dolby Atmos app, isn't 'Game', 'Movie' and 'Music' 3 separate modes. I.e. only one can be active at a time. Presumably you are saying 'Game' is the best if your playing Games, and 'Music' is the best for music etc

Do you happen to know if there is a way to get the game/chat audio mixer on the left ear cup's dial to work on PC? I am using the official Xbox Wireless adapter, and audio drivers are up to date. I've read conflicting reports about whether or not it works. It works when I use it on the console.

If you use the custom settings in dolby, you can use the same settings I showed in the start, using the xbox accessories app. The slots that are extra can remain at default. I might make a video just for this if needed.
Is there a way to turn off the automatic on-powering of the console when turning on the headset I just want to listen to some Music on my Phone and every time I turn the headset on it automatically powers on the console and when I‘m a bit out of range with the headset it starts connecting and disconnecting with the console and while doing that paring-sounds the song gets muted just to play this annoying Paring-Sound

@@vzips2787it’s on your party chat settings. Once you’re in a party, there should be a “sound suppression” option. The new Xbox update sets it to on by default, so turn it off. That’s how my friend fixed his muffled mic.
