      Honestly, The only reason I want to help my mother is because I want her to stop the severe nagging and worrying. It's making me so stressed and depressed myself. She refused her prescription pills and refused to go to therapy, so I couldn't care less about helping her if she herself doesn't care about it. I just want some peace and calmness for myself.

      Last thing they care abt is us having stress, they put us do work even in our "breaks", put 10 exams in a week then 0 to the next two and then have a 15 minute break on a random lesson talking abt stress like once a year, like btch u think that is going to help me?

      @Oreo Fluf it happened to me too luckly I managed to make my mom understand how rude and one sided my teacher is I still get good grades but not as good as usual (my average is 94) I dont like my teacher and dont like online school I feel bad about my future at the end of the day collages now are place where you lose all your money and I fell that if I dont do good my dad will get mad hope your parents understand:(

      I can tell you that this anxiety didn't started just like that from only one moment. Your brain started to reapet this from time to time. Now this become your normal condition and your body and brain accept this as usual thing. If you can not fight alone, and you can not convince your self, also this condition doesn't change that condition is called depresson. Only way to remove it is to take some medical stuffs. I personally choose homeopathic, I find my self in this medicine. Also you need to free your self and start talking with these people, more you are honest faster they will help you.

      @@alirosenbusch151 Reduce negative thoughts. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, hands on lap with palms facing upwards, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation-exhalation is not needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Make this a daily habit to have a relaxed life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    I'm most afraid of:
    - Being stuck in an inescapable situation while having a panic attack.
    - Losing attachment with reality; completely disassociating.
    - Having a never ending panic attack.
    - Serious health conditions.
    - Becoming schizophrenic.
    - Feeling my heartbeat encase it stops.
    Even though i'm well aware my panic mainly occurs due to fear of panic, i can't yet overcome the loop.
    However, Writing this out certainly helped and highly recommend it.

    Thanks. That works really well. I live with my sister in law, who is mostly negative and angry every day. She's not very grateful, and she shares all her feelings with me. I have major health issues that really require me to stay positive, happy and grateful. It's difficult to avoid her, so your technique really helps.

    also, i want to thank you for this anxiety series. it has really helped me significantly in the past few days, and for the first time in months, i was able to ground myself from an intense panic attack the other day, so i am very grateful

    Firstly, thank you so much for all that you are helping me with.I feel as if I'm coming out of a year of anxiety and depression.Using all your advice gas saved my sanity, my life.I am still able to do my job- 32 years supporting students who have special needs , thanks to YOU!. However, I am still prone to head spins/ dizziness when I have ignored my tension/ tiredness/ stress levels etc. MRI scan showed nothing but wear and tear due to age.I still hate my dizzy spells, not sure if they will ever stop but when they hit me suddenly, I feel the panic and distract myself, I get up, I must do something. So hard to to simply sit with them incase they escalate, I am afraid to lean into the the dizziness. But , everything you have said in the past has helped me beyond words so maybe I need to try and overcome my fear.Bless you, you are truly wonderful.

      I had anxiety since 18 years, after 18 years i come to know actually every single person on this earth is try to improve her or himself and for that his/her mind focus at own of doing some thing good or for not doing something wrong which can be embarrassed in others eye but these are very few moments after that everyone busy in there own problems and but the person who embarrassed 18 years ago still embarrassing why because he is idiot for dragging those moments in mind unnecessary like wise thinking of future that he/she will embarrassed , who knows? For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, hands on lap with palms facing upwards, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation-exhalation is not needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

    5. Procrastination
    6. Poor sleep habits
    7. No passion/hobbies
    8. Too much social media

    The last one is the main cause of stress

    I have begun watching your videos and practising your exercises. Sometimes, even just watching your videos calms me. I have a pounding pulse (feeling every pulse) for a month now. I made some tests and I am healthy. When I calm down a bit I am less aware of my pulse. But then some triggers my anxiety and we start all over again. Its health anxiety and maybe fear for the coronavirus. Some dizziness, bloated stomach, feeling like something is stuck in my neck and this pounding pulse. It also messes up my sleep. I will begin practising more of your exercises. I am really grateful that you share all this knowledge with us. I want to go through this without pills. Thank you so much

    Things I'm most afraid of and emotions I'm most afraid of:
    - Failing a university course that I paid 100s of dollars for.
    - Feeling like a failure
    - Feeling helpless and that I can't do anything when I have tons of work to get through
    - Feeling stressed/anxious because I can't seem to finish anything the way I like on time
    - Feeling sad about my weight and the way I look
    - Feeling scared that there is not much I can do to reduce that aching feeling in my heart
    - Worrying about my future and whether or not I'll be able to get a good job

    In my experience, leaning in is excellent advice. It helped me a lot with grief and fear. With both when I consciously acknowledge them and engage them I get relief. When I ignore them they persist. The toddler analogy is perfect. I am going to steel that.

    I've been there and still recovering. ....I've learnt a lot and saw I was wrong in so many places ....acceptance took a lots of time and was not at all easy it was painful.... horrifying and sometimes I was in depth of desparity but when you feel like worst has happened....let the light enter through your wounds and start the healing process.....only you can save yourself...be kind to yourself as you are with others ..... you'll find your peace ❤

      @@maitamitsuhide You may have to combine medication with meditation. I guess you must have met a psychologist. I have been doing the breath observing meditataion since the last 15 years and enjoying life but a strong desire for change is needed without any expectations. Only then meditation works. It is so simple. Why stop? You will gain something and lose nothing. Develop your mental muscles during these tough times. Avoid watching negative news channels and shows. Best wishes.     There are lots of things I was afraid of, but now it’s no longer in me 🎉
    I’m afraid of:
    -dying
    -not doing good in school
    -failure
    -not being enough for my parents
    -getting in trouble in school
    -loosing my family member
    -being made fun of for being shy and not talking
    -not being loved
    -being left alone
    -feeling guilty
    -feeling sadness
    -being not healthy
    (There’s actually more)
    That’s the past now I cured all of them, I know it’s a lot but this video actually helped me, thanks a lot 😅
    And my mom said, think of something else that do not relate to the stress, and anxiety feeling that you’re thinking.
    It was a hard time in my life.

      I'm a huge fan of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which teaches super practical skills for reversing that cycle of being afraid of fear, anxious about anxiety, etc. Check out the book "Get out of your mind and into your life" or any videos by Russ Harris (he's got a ton on TH-cam, I've got a few of them in my ACT playlist)

      Honestly, I suggest you try meditation or simply relaxing music. It's a simple way to reduce stress and anxiety. Meditation provides a soothing of the mind and helps to connect with yourself. Obviously, this does not prevent being followed by a health professional. However, I believe it's a good way to take care of yourself and make you feel better. I sincerely hope that you will find your means to fight your anxiety.

    Emotions I’m MOST afraid of
    - Feeling Headaches when I play Parkour in Minecraft
    - Feeling Scared when I go to the cave in Minecraft
    - Feeling Anxiety when I losing any game
    - Feeling Tired when I learn or do math too long
    - Feeling Mad when I lose or do something wrong

    Here’s few tips I try to do when I’m really, really stressed out:
    ~ put your hand on your stomach and try to imagine that all the stress is only in your stomach. than throw the ball of stess away
    ~ write reasons you are stressed out
    ~ listen music or watch movie, you deserve some rest!

    I'm afraid of a few general things like moths, spiders and other bugs. But I'm also afraid of:
    Being left behind
    Not having something everyone else has
    My friends ditching me
    And finally (and this is my worst fear of all time) change.

      Yo....I'm facing the same thing right now. I am so anxious to attend these classes man. I feel extremely guilty. I have panic attacks every day. Life is literally like hell for me right now.

      @@Niranjan04 bro just some advice. Just start attending classes slowly but surely. I might be cringe and all but it helps. I used to watch yt in class all day and didn’t pay attention. I came to a realization after watching a documentary. Don’t worry you will get a realization soon. I started paying attention in one or two classes a day and so on, now I barely watch yt in general (mom if you see this I’m sry)
