    I was doing the deadlifts and cruising along and then got to the lunges and was like "Uggghhh!!!" lol. I actually had to stop at 3 sets, without the knee raise. Good stuff, will attack it again later this week!

    Great leg workout! I upped the reps to 20 and shorten the rest to 30 sec for the deadlifts, goblet squats and swings because I didn't have a heavier KB! Will add this one to my routine!

    Try to build after tibial plateau and intramedullary nail, almost 2 years ago since it happened. Could only do a couple of the sets shown. Legs buggered and shake but knees not sore. So yay, I can play with kettlebells again.

    Here is the story Alex... I just got my first kettlebell of 16 kgs and right away check your leg workouts for kettlebell I just finished this one and I am dying here. Almost 50 tried to follow your reps but is not happening. Great workout! Tell you more tomorrow once I wake up and see how my legs are doing. Thanks !

      That was an amazing workout! I used a 30lb for everything but the reverse lunges. I tried that with the 30 and I couldn't keep my balance. I was definitely drenched in sweat by the end and I feel fantastic.

      Also, I didn't hear the rep count for the lunges and did 15 x 4. After the fact, I heard him say 10 x 4. Oh well, that kinda of mistake works in my favor.

    I recently acquired a 18kg kettlebell from my husbands work, and it was too heavy for me to start off with in regards to some of the workouts, like the squats. I almost fell over. xD But the deadlifts I followed perfect and were fun. Definitely feeling it today. Hope to get lighter kettlebells soon so I can do all the other ones without compromising my form and eventually work my way up to the 18 kg one. Thanks for the video!

    If anyone wants to make these workouts harder or only have light kettlebells, invest in some thick resistance bands. Hook those up to the kettle bells and it’ll feel a lot heavier lol

    The first one u done is for the quads I want to do my hamstrings more so I tried putting the 8kg kettlebell or 12 kg dumbbell hold it at my back so the opposite not the front then squat and I felt it alot my hamstrings so do u think wat I'm doing is right that works

      Yes that works. You could also try a straight leg deadlift

      Start with practicing by breathing out all your air and pulling in your stomach, tense your abs. Then once you have this connection you have create that connection during abs exercise.

      Wolverson have good quality bells and free delivery and also a sales page where I picked up an ex demo 24kg for £55. I've recently found 16kg hard to come by but ended up by 16kg Competition bell from ram kettlebells. Its fine and perfectly made but the finish isn't as smooth as other bells I've used. Also have myo strength from ebay which are good quality. Also keep checking gumtree I've found some bargains on there 👍💪

    unfortunately, I only have 4 different KBs - 6, 8, 10, 12. would it be bad to hold the 6 and 8 for more weight on squats and then swap between sets or would that create an imbalance?

      No that’s ok you can do that as long as you do it evenly

    Awesome! Is there a way to progressive overload this workout? Can you keep the sets and rep constant, while keeping the weight the same, and still get a good workout after say 6 weeks?

    Iv only been training for 6 months just bought some kettlebells since the gyms closed I'm just wondering how much you can gain from these excercises? Like the deadlift with the 24kg that's little more than the weight of a bar bell is it even worth doing? Like iv only got 2 16kg bells and doing deadlifts with then feels like I'm just wasting my time? I do lunges with 16kg in each hand and that feels good and the swings feel good just the deadlifts feel pointless tryed single leg deadlifts but I feel my balance is the limiting factor at the moment. Be interested in hearing your thoughts 👍

      Yeh it’s tough replicate the weight of a gym workout. But it’s not a waste of time, but that’s why I do some of these workouts with timed intervals with short rest and lots of reps so you’re able to create the volume and stress to continue to maintain / build muscle.
