Good morning from Germany. Thanks for your workouts, I really enjoy them! Keeping track of progress here: 10 kg Kettlebell WO1: Goblet (16/16); Backthing alternate (15/15/15/15); Swing (20/20); dead (8/8/11/10); carved (12/10/13/15); alt. swing (17/20); back thing truly alternate (18/20).
Personally I supplement my kettlebell training with machines and dumbbells to build chest. I find that it is more practical to isolate the chest in particular using more gym based equipment (like dumbbell bench press, machine chest press, cable chest fly’s etc). However, that’s not to say we can’t train the chest with kettlebells! You can do crush push-ups, floor press, offset push-ups, crush press. As you mentioned- bodyweight exercises such as push-ups and bar dips will also build the chest. Make sure you take your reps at least almost to failure and you will see growth in your chest. Hope that helps 👊

stupid question, can i do all 3 of this series in one go? or is 1 hour of this too much?
Yes of course you can! Just be sure to take extra rests if you need and use a weight that’s appropriate for your fitness ability 👊💪
Are legs supposed to shake this much?!
Yes!!!!! 😁😅🔥
Sam, do you use kettlebells for chest work or do you recommend maybe more pushups or dips for the chest?
