I've been enjoying the alt universe Peter and Chat's relationship. It's nice seeing them not try to cause constant trauma and suffering for Peter whenever he tries to hook up with someone.

I think that the problem is that a shock like that just causes them pain. If my girlfriend found out I have superpowers, she wouldn't be thinking about how it makes sense to hide it. She'd be hurt. Then that pain usually causes impulsive things like breaking up.

Brad Lee Doc Ock alienated everyone Peter cared about, made the superhero community not trust him, and got him in extreme trouble for plagiarism (Doc Ock copied his own dissertation when getting a PhD while in Peter's body). And in the end, Doc proved to be inferior to Peter to the point that he had to give up and give Peter his body back because of how badly he kept fucking up. How the fuck is that an improvement?
If you think about it, Silk (Cindy) is one of the most compatible with him. Since Cindy and Peter has the same powers (same spider that bit them) they want each other because of the pheromones hence why they have sex everyday or every they met. They cannot help it. Same spider attracts the other same spider.

You should have mentioned that “Sins Past” is so infamous that it’s been panned and reviled by writers and fans to the point where it’s basically been written out of the canon, since it’s literally been ignored by every subsequent writer

If they can alter that one moment then Sin's Past won't be canon anymore

This was also during an arc where the Green Goblin found out Otto was in the driver's seat of Spidey's body(without knowing who Spidey was). When Peter got it back, do you know what was the first thing Spidey said when the Goblin (still thinking Otto was in there) exclaims that Otto will "have nothing left"? Peter yells, "Except the dignity of knowing I never carried a manpurse." In that instant, the Goblin knew that Otto was out and the original was back, and I loved it!
Honestly, can you blame Peter for wanting to keep his Spider-man identity a secret from people he dated at first? If Peter grew close to anyone and onw of his enemies found out they would target them to get to him. Obviously, he would need to tell them at some point, but that wouldn't exactly be something brought up on the first date.

So the fandom agreed collectively to ignore it. Marvel themselves have also decided to ignore it, as neither the kids nor the event itself have appeared or been referenced in almost a decade.

They focus on the daughter Peter and MJ almost had, who happened to inherent her father's powers and sense of responsibility. It's an awesome comic series and Mayday might be one of the best alternate Spider-People out there.

Mine is Chat from Marvel Adventures. She was fun, helpful, and independent she new how to fight and took on Emma Frost in hand-to-hand combat and won. She was the best love interest for spidey in my opinion But damn it I too like LauraxPeter
3:12 Their break up was also due to the fact that Betty blamed Spider-Man for the death of her brother during a crime involving Doc Ock. Even though she for gave Spider-Man, she cannot be around him because it reminded her too much of her brother. So Peter broke things off and basically pushed Betty in the direction of Ned Leeds while suffering heartache in the process. But the part that you mentioned about how Betty long for a guy that was not involved in dangerous work was spot on and did play a role in Peter's decision to push Betty out of his life for her own safety.
Another relationship I like a lot is Peter and Kitty Pryde in the Ultimate Spider-Man. I personally liked the relationship even if it wasn’t developed as much as I would have liked. Two heroes dating each other, understanding the hardships that each other face on a daily basis and not having to keep secrets from one another felt like a great relationship to me. And they were cute together, and even if they made Pryde a little too shy and teenage-y. As to who I think is best for Peter as opposed to who I want to be with him, I think Mary Jane is the best candidate. Why? Well, aside from being a major character and the popular answer, it is because they have actual development and have been through things together. MJ was there to help Peter through Gwen’s death, Peter was there to help MJ through her career, they face challenges together, MJ knows he’s Spider-Man, and so on. Everything I named for why I like Peter and Pryde in Ultimate Spider-Man is here as well. And I don’t think that Gwen would have taken him being Spider-Man well. Maybe she would have come around, but I don’t think the relationship would have lasted if he stayed Spider-Man. No, MJ is the best girl for him in my opinion.
Mines is Sophia chat Sandoval from the Marvel's adventure continuity. she's Peter's mutant girlfriend who he ends up with , even when the comic series line gets cancelled for ultimate Spider-Man (tv show comic) their relationship is pretty wholesome especially in vol 2 . I actually love the relationship between them since when they started dating they both have big secrets to hide which meant that they were not being completely honest with each other , she was a mutant and she also knew that he was Spider-Man, but he didn't know that she knew . eventually he figured it out and left her for a bit but after patching things out they got back together for the rest of the series. I honestly thought he was going to go with Gwen but he didn't and I actually kind of glad he didn't

It unfourtunately is canon. One More Day (Worst Spider-Man story of all time) was used to undo Sins Past as well as take Peter's marriage away from him. But Dan Slott didn't get the memo and used Gabriel Stacy (Gwen and Norman's son) in Dark Reign so yes it is technically canon
Seeing you cover the Peter/Mary Jane relationship makes me want to see you talk in-depth about how Marvel has been trying to split them up for over 20 years.
Yeah, that desperately needs to be retconned to another universe; it's like a really gross stain on everyone's favorite spider-themed blanket that you hope you can ignore like the other ones, but its too gross

It never should have been written in the first place. Gwen and Norman never shared any scenes of any significance in the comics she was alive in and the idea that the kids CONVENIENTLY are 6 years old but have the bodies of 25 year olds (and look identical to PETER and Gwen, which is just bizarre and hysterical), and apparently Mary Jane knew ALL about the affair and the babies and that Norman threatened Gwen's life and NEVER TOLD ANYONE UNTIL THE ADULT CHILD TWINS SHOWED UP... yeah, that story is just too ridiculous to have a shred of believably even for Spider-man comics. People only ever bring up the Gwen and Norman crap when they talk about Sins Past, but the story has so much more wrong with it than just that. I mean, Mary Jane knew about the affair and twins and never told Peter about it and allowed him to blame himself for the whole bridge incident. And how convenient it is that the kids age up to adult age when Peter meets them. Every bit of it is stupid.
My favorite love interest is obviously Mary Jane because well she’s Peters Parker’s main love and personally I loved there marriage they were a awesome couple and also personally in my opinion I grew up with peter Parker and Mary Jane being a couple and were also great parents to there daughter mayday Parker spider girl and benjy Parker mayday Parker’s brother.

Reality is kinda warped in fiction. Usually to fit an author narrative,plot point, or ideal for the enjoyment of the reader respectively. In reality, most SMART male super heroes would probably be bachelors that only saw their women once a week,and made no commitment to any of them to protect himself. They would never even know about the super hero half. Even if he thought people “caught on” he wouldn’t just give in and be like “Ya got me!”.
Comic books often lack logic especially when the author chooses to go the cliche route in storytelling in order to cheaply keep a plot going for ongoing future issues.
I also think Silk would work better as the SpiderMan of Madripoor while searching for her family.That would actually be awesome to see in a story having her separate from Peter Parker and actually allow her to have Tim Drake like story.And only having her relate to SpiderMan through “With great power comes great responsibility”term makes her think about how to use her abilities and has her become the Spider-Woman of Madripoor known as Silk.She also fights against The Mandarin over the crime being committed in that city.Where she also learns that her father was working for the Mandarin after leaving New York not having enough money to leave The Mandarin decided to hire him as a biologist who helps him create beings to help him control creatures in Madripoor.

If they can alter that one moment then Sin's Past won't be canon anymore

Even though she for gave Spider-Man, she cannot be around him because it reminded her too much of her brother. So Peter broke things off and basically pushed Betty in the direction of Ned Leeds while suffering heartache in the process. But the part that you mentioned about how Betty long for a guy that was not involved in dangerous work was spot on and did play a role in Peter's decision to push Betty out of his life for her own safety.

Another relationship I like a lot is Peter and Kitty Pryde in the Ultimate Spider-Man. I personally liked the relationship even if it wasn’t developed as much as I would have liked. Two heroes dating each other, understanding the hardships that each other face on a daily basis and not having to keep secrets from one another felt like a great relationship to me. And they were cute together, and even if they made Pryde a little too shy and teenage-y.
As to who I think is best for Peter as opposed to who I want to be with him, I think Mary Jane is the best candidate.
Why?
Well, aside from being a major character and the popular answer, it is because they have actual development and have been through things together. MJ was there to help Peter through Gwen’s death, Peter was there to help MJ through her career, they face challenges together, MJ knows he’s Spider-Man, and so on. Everything I named for why I like Peter and Pryde in Ultimate Spider-Man is here as well. And I don’t think that Gwen would have taken him being Spider-Man well. Maybe she would have come around, but I don’t think the relationship would have lasted if he stayed Spider-Man. No, MJ is the best girl for him in my opinion.
Mines is Sophia chat Sandoval from the Marvel's adventure continuity. she's Peter's mutant girlfriend who he ends up with , even when the comic series line gets cancelled for ultimate Spider-Man (tv show comic) their relationship is pretty wholesome especially in vol 2 . I actually love the relationship between them since when they started dating they both have big secrets to hide which meant that they were not being completely honest with each other , she was a mutant and she also knew that he was Spider-Man, but he didn't know that she knew . eventually he figured it out and left her for a bit but after patching things out they got back together for the rest of the series. I honestly thought he was going to go with Gwen but he didn't and I actually kind of glad he didn't

It unfourtunately is canon. One More Day (Worst Spider-Man story of all time) was used to undo Sins Past as well as take Peter's marriage away from him. But Dan Slott didn't get the memo and used Gabriel Stacy (Gwen and Norman's son) in Dark Reign so yes it is technically canon

It never should have been written in the first place. Gwen and Norman never shared any scenes of any significance in the comics she was alive in and the idea that the kids CONVENIENTLY are 6 years old but have the bodies of 25 year olds (and look identical to PETER and Gwen, which is just bizarre and hysterical), and apparently Mary Jane knew ALL about the affair and the babies and that Norman threatened Gwen's life and NEVER TOLD ANYONE UNTIL THE ADULT CHILD TWINS SHOWED UP... yeah, that story is just too ridiculous to have a shred of believably even for Spider-man comics.
People only ever bring up the Gwen and Norman crap when they talk about Sins Past, but the story has so much more wrong with it than just that. I mean, Mary Jane knew about the affair and twins and never told Peter about it and allowed him to blame himself for the whole bridge incident. And how convenient it is that the kids age up to adult age when Peter meets them. Every bit of it is stupid.
My favorite love interest is obviously Mary Jane because well she’s Peters Parker’s main love and personally I loved there marriage they were a awesome couple and also personally in my opinion I grew up with peter Parker and Mary Jane being a couple and were also great parents to there daughter mayday Parker spider girl and benjy Parker mayday Parker’s brother.

ELBarto3 I think this video was just mentioning the people he has dated and not instances of future hookups. Black Cat would be all over this list with the amount of times they didn’t date but did make out.

Huh, you'd think at least one of them would be ecstatic after finding out their boyfriend is Spider-Man. Most interesting one for me is still black cat because it reversed the usual dynamic and one if the only ones I can think of where someone falls in love with the superhero identity. You'd think that would happen more often.

Reality is kinda warped in fiction. Usually to fit an author narrative,plot point, or ideal for the enjoyment of the reader respectively.
In reality, most SMART male super heroes would probably be bachelors that only saw their women once a week,and made no commitment to any of them to protect himself.
They would never even know about the super hero half. Even if he thought people “caught on” he wouldn’t just give in and be like “Ya got me!”.
Comic books often lack logic especially when the author chooses to go the cliche route in storytelling in order to cheaply keep a plot going for ongoing future issues.
I also think Silk would work better as the SpiderMan of Madripoor while searching for her family.That would actually be awesome to see in a story having her separate from Peter Parker and actually allow her to have Tim Drake like story.And only having her relate to SpiderMan through “With great power comes great responsibility”term makes her think about how to use her abilities and has her become the Spider-Woman of Madripoor known as Silk.She also fights against The Mandarin over the crime being committed in that city.Where she also learns that her father was working for the Mandarin after leaving New York not having enough money to leave The Mandarin decided to hire him as a biologist who helps him create beings to help him control creatures in Madripoor.
