Covering tech in place with a running shine up smash is actually pretty good bc it is hard to tech and can be used as combo starter, extender and finisher

I wouldn't like it if upsets were happening left and right, every tournament there's a bunch of top players getting upset. It's kind of the same as when Mango goes through a dry period of not winning and then breaks it. Obviously I love Mango winning and would like him winning more as he's my favorite player, but you can't deny that when he loses a lot and then finally gets that big win again it makes it feel all the more special. Compare how people reacted to Mango winning Royal Flush, GOML 2019, Big House 9, Smash Con 2022, Tipped Off 15, etc, compared to when Mango is winning a lot more often like the second half of 2022. While the people do love when Mango wins, the hype when Mango won something like Smash Con 2017, Mango's Birthday Bash, Lost Tech City, Summit 14, or Mainstage 2022 was not as big as when Mango finally got his big win again. Hungrybox fans had the same thing when he won GOML 2022, breaking his dry period from Summit 9 to then and getting so hyped, and then when he won Riptide 2022 the hype wasn't there as much cause he had just proved he could do it again. I know a lot of people (especially Hungrybox and aMSa fans) are gonna be going through that when someone other than Zain and Cody (and now Mango cause he just won Tipped Off 15) win. I imagine Ultimate fans felt the same way when MkLeo won a major earlier this year when he hadn't won a major since Genesis 9
