@@BeryIstanbulTips favorite place...hmm...it is hard to say, but I love sitting in the coffe shop in Grand Bazzar, watching people passing bay and drinking cai, for me the energy of grand bazzar is amazing and very strong. I do that every day when I'm in Istanbul. Also misterious and great and recomendet to see is Basilika Cistern, but of course only if you like old historical places. For me modern side of Istanbul is not so interesting...

Fascinating place, 0 seeing Istanbul from the top of the Galata on a sunny day! It is really beautiful! Then take a stroll on their famous shopping street and treat yourself with a Turkish coffee or an ice cream or even a baklava!

Im sorry for saying this but I’ll be very honest with my thoughts on Taksim and Istiklal, even as a local and female I avoid going there at all costs, basically I only go there if I have to and never alone, I always take my husband with me if I need to go to that area. Taksim and Istiklal is not what it used to be years ago anymore, now is a hot spot for scammers, and as a solo female, guys trying to harass you specially at night. At night is when you need to be much more aware. If you are looking for a good place to stay, I’d suggest staying around Galata Tower or even better, look for an airbnb in Cihangir, both places are so close to Taksim and Istiklal and you can still go there to at least explore the area during a bit but without really staying there 😉

Yes! Is the best mont for visiting Istanbuk because is the tulio festival! So you can imagine how COLORFUL the city is and also they put the largest tulip carpet in front of Hagia Sophia.

If you realized, this video is super old and one of our first ones in our channel, when I had almost cero confidence and practice speaking in front of a camera. Still, we did a hard work putting together each one of our videos, learning from scratch how to edit, filming, scripting, getting used to have a camera in front of my face, etc, etc, if you consider these ones are not good at all, well, so sorry to hear that, a master is not done in a day 😊 I would love to find somebody who was good at something from the very first time…
Thank you, if you see my last 10 videos or so I fixed that, people must understand that at the beginning for people that we aren’t used to be in front of camera takes time to fix these things, now I have more experience and got used to the camera and day by day we are doing better and learning from previous mistakes, not all have the experience right after we open our channels 😉
Taksim is an awful area of the city. Yes it is the central square. I came to Turkey for the first time and had massive problems from day one, finding accomodation. The only place I could afford was a tiny little place near taksim that I rented for a month. It was awful. Noisy. Smelly. And the worst people are around there. Good enough to come through Taksim for 15-20 minutes. Have an islak burger. Then you've seen it. No need to spend time around there. Problems with accomodation and landlords completely ruined my 2 months in Turkey. Beware

Is Indian Driving License valud in Turkey ?
wrong info, Galata tower entrance fee is 10 Lira Per person
Enterance fee is 35 liras, i just went there with my family 2 weeks ago. Its 10 liras only for turkish citizens.They also have discount for students.
I thought Galata tower is in Sultanamet and not in Taksim.
The district where it is is Beyoglu which also covers Taksim, Istiklal, Galata, Karakoy, Cihangir.
