He was holding the door closed too. Once the rebels in that area were dealt with the door opened. Considering how strong Vader has been shown to actually be it would have been easy for him. Had we seen Obi-Wan series Vader in ESB the Millenium Falon never would have left Hoth.
Remember K2's last words to Captain Cassian Andor, "Climb." it's a big theme in Andor series I really like your reactions. I especially like your reaction to all scenes Darth Vadar telated. there are a lot of cool things that Star Wars fans who have seen it a gazillion times will notice in a blink. 1) remember in A New Hope when the guys in the bar tell Luke that they don't like him and Obi-Wan ends up cutting one of their arms off? Well, those guys are wandering around Jedda in this movie. They clearly got off Jedda before it exploded because we see them a few weeks later in the cantina at Mis Eisley. 2) when Bail Organa was walking away from Mon Mothma (and you even said you knew he he was talking about his adopted daughter, Leia), there was an announcement made in the background, "paging Captain Antilles's." Captain Antilles is the captain of Bail Organa's ship and he's the first one that Darth Vader holds up and chokes in A New Hope. Also, in revenge of the sith, it's Captain Antilles's job to wipe C3PO's memory. But R2's memory stays intact. I told you before, I first saw Star Wars when it came out in 1977. I can't count how many times I've seen it. That is, I would show it to a friend just to see their reaction. My favorite comment of them all was when one friend said, during the award ceremony scene of A New Hope, "that looks like Ford" and I said "what?" and she said "you know Ford, Harrison Ford." And I said "that is Harrison Ford."
The story of Saw Guerra the extremist Rebel leader is a great story that begins during The Clone Wars series and ends here in Rogue One. Once you watch his story, you'll understand why he's an extremist. Now that you've watched Rogue One, when you go back to watch Episode 4 A New Hope, when you read the opening scroll, it'll hit you a lot harder than the first time you watched it, because you know how the first major battle went.
The kyber crystals they mention repeatedly in this movie are also the source of power for lightsabers. The one she wore around her neck would have been the right size for a lightsaber which could mean at one point her mother was a possible Jedi or someone in their family line was at some point and the crystal was passed down.
Props to the rebel soldiers at the end, they had no chance of killing vader, but they stayed at their posts to buy time for leia to escape with the plans
Rogue squadron was originally planned to be blue but due to cameras of the time had to be changed. Luke became red 5 instead of blue 5 because that is the color that did work. This movie explains why none of blue squadron was there during the end of a new hope. They all went down during the battle of Scariff.
"Your Highness. The transmissions we received. What is it that they've sent us?" "Hope." RIP Carrie Fisher 😢 The ONLY Disney era Star Wars movie worth a damn. The rest are utter garbage. Rogue One gets better every time I watch it. Fun Fact: Alan Tudyk plays the droid K-2SO through motion capture technology. Tudyk previously played the robot character Sonny in I, Robot (2004). Red Gold Leaders Fact: Gareth Edwards and his creative team discovered some old film canisters while rummaging around the Lucasfilm warehouses. When he asked what they were, an employee said they were old Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977) footage. The discovery led to the inclusion of unused material featuring Red Leader (Drewe Henley) and Gold Leader (Angus MacInnes) in this movie. Attention To Detail Fact: Darth Vader's appearance in this film is meticulously patterned after his look in the original Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977). While Vader's chest plate is uncovered in Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and Star Wars: Episode VI - Return Of The Jedi (1983), his costume initially had his Sith robes draped over his shield, as well as red lenses in the eye holes of the mask. Considering this film takes place mere days before the original film, the costume designers recreated Vader's look down to the last detail. This movie was made with love by actual Star Wars fans.
Dude, whenever I see you in a thumbnail, I keep thinking it is a Richard Sherman podcast and I almost click on it before I double take and correct myself.
Vader’s rampage at the end was straight fire BEAST MODE!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Facts it was SOO FYE!! 🔥🔥🔥

27:06 the fact they are fighting a AT- ACT/ All Terrain Armored Cargo Transport (not the AT AT/ All Terrain Armored Transport)

28:52 those are elite death troopers (there is other varieties of them )
Another very important droid was in Rogue 1. Chopper is briefly shown. He is the R2 of the tv show starwars rebels.
Great reaction Riccardo ❤
Preciate it!

No problem, thanks for watching!
You're so very welcome. 😊
Now you should watch Andor and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Then get to the animation.
Absolutely agree. He has enough knowledge to know what's going on in both shows.
You'll need to watch Andor next bro, while Rogue One is fresh in your mind :)

this movie shows the dark side of the rebellion. That they were capable of things almost as bad as what the Empire did.
Do the Mandelorian next
Of course Grand Moff Tarkin and princess Leia were CGI .
Right, it look pretty good tho
Great reaction man. I think you would really enjoy the Mandalorian series. Check it out if you have time.
Thanks! Will do!
