Oh this is an amazing locomotive. love the design and the sound it makes. For many years I have lost interet in railways as it was so boring. I wish we had locos like this in the UK instead of those voyager, sprinter and pendolino crap
That is the sole reason I'm going to go to Austria and Germany to become a train driver, instead of staying here in the UK
Yes a UK version could have replaced the 87s/90s/91s on the East & West Coast Main Lines working push-pull trains like the Irish Rail Mk4 / Trans Pennine Express. These would probably be more comfortable than the Pendolinos and Hitachis being introduced on UK inter-city trains now. The European Pendolino seen in "Casino Royale" looks more spacious / luxurious than the UK Class 390 due being scaled down to fit the restricted UK loading gauge and needing to accommodate the tilt mechanism within these confines, resulting in a cramped cabin unlike the European Pendolinos that appear much more spacious. The "Taurus UK" would have operated on the East & West Coast Main Lines and (later) from Liverpool Street - Norwich replacing the Class 90 / Mk3 trains, with Class 67s & 68s working push-pull trains on non-electrified routes. Possibly Edinburgh Glasgow push-pulls now the line has been electrified, as a successor to the ScotRail push pull trains of the 1980s.

I wonder if this can run the entire length of the Hollandstrecke Duisburg-Oberhausen-Arnhem including the voltage changes at Zevenaar and Emmerich. Had ÖBB gotten 1216 capable for Belgium and the Netherlands the ÖBB 1216 will go all the way to Brussels Midi via Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen the 07:30 trip to Aachen from Köln Hbf

Was heißt hier Mehrsystem Lok? Hat das was mit Pers. oder Güterverkehr zu tun oder ob die Lok auch im Ausland Fahren kann bei anderer Stromstärke bzw anderer Spannung?

Mehrsystem heißt verschiedene Stromsysteme, genauer gesagt Gleichstrom und Wechselstrom; üblicherweise sind es 4. Es gibt auch Mehrfrequenzloks, die nur für Wechselstrom verschiedener Spannungen und Frequenzen geeignet sind, diese werden auch oft fälschlicherweise als Mehrsystemloks bezeichnet.

ES64U2 ÖBB 1116 hat Mehrsystem gibt nur 3 Stromabnehmer und nicht 4 Stromabnehmer.
ÖBB 1216 ES64U4 hat Mehrsystem gibt 4 Stromabnehmer
360p ist ja wohl nicht wahr.
