Crazy thing is he was top 10 at the shooting guard position.. well to me anyway. U had Kobe d Wade name a few other SG. Michael Redd quietly was Top 10 at his position in his prime..
He only played in 33 games before the All-Star break and his 52 point game occurred after he returned from injury. Most of Redd’s best performances that season came near the end of the year unfortunately.
REDD gave Kobe-BUCKETS !!! 44 pts, take that Black Mamba-LOL. Redd was a very good player and shooter, injury bug gets the best of any player. The human body wasn't built to play 82 games a season, plus if you make the playoffs too.
Greal player. I was a fan of Redd he the quickest lefty shots to me. By time you get in him to defend it his shot was already in the air. Another profile you should do is his teammate for I think a season Lindsey Hunter. He tends to get overlooked.
Man, back in 2004, 05, 06, 07ish, Michael Redd was rumored to sign with the Cavs and join LeBron here in Cleveland. He was all but signed. We would've won a title with Michael Redd and LeBron had that happened. I said what I said.
If you want to do a hard-mode, do one about Al "The Destroyer" Attles, who started out as an enforcer for Wilt Chamberlain (despite being 6'0", he was the enforcer, not Wilt) on the Warriors, and became first a player/coach then a coach for the team (second black NBA coach, after Bill Russell), won a championship as a coach, was one of the first black GMs, and then had various positions with the team. Since 1960 until today, he has been employed by the Warriors (though in the past 20 years or so as an ambassador, meaning PR / outreach guy, rather than in basketball operations), and is somewhat of an Oakland legend. He's one of the rare players whose basketball career never actually ended.
Mannnn if he never had knee injuries.... He had his worst injury on my birthday back in 2009.. Dude would have been top 25 all time... Desmond Mason next video?
SEMI good describes michael redd and ohio state and the bucks has me saying that star jerry lucas didn't equal legend john havlicek let alone kareem abdul-jabbar
@nocturne311 ain't no maybe playboy I watched these guys play before injuries ruined their careers Redd was a killer on the court it was 0 doubt about his playing skills
Anybody who knew him from HS knows that Michael King who played on the same team was a way better player than Redd. The only difference is that Redds parents had the resources to get him the exposure to the Nike summer camps etc while who knows what King did in his off time? The whole golden era of Central Ohio BBALL will NEVER be duplicated because around the same time you had: Kenny Gregory Esteban Weaver Doug West Michael Redd Mike King Samaki Walker All playing in the same area around the same time 😮😮😮😮😮
My favorite left handed player of all time , underrated asf
Crazy thing is he was top 10 at the shooting guard position.. well to me anyway. U had Kobe d Wade name a few other SG. Michael Redd quietly was Top 10 at his position in his prime..
Manu is mine
Michael Redd very underrated. Luved his game & how he shot the ball
Michael Redd should have been an All-Star in 2007 as well!
He only played in 33 games before the All-Star break and his 52 point game occurred after he returned from injury. Most of Redd’s best performances that season came near the end of the year unfortunately.
Yes!!!! One of the sweetest strokes of all time. But more than just a good shooter he was a str8 baller.
As a OSU & fan of Michael Redd I was a huge fan of Redd, injuries & following Ray Allen is a tough task
Bro as a hoops fan I appreciate all the work you put in for these videos bro. Keep up the good work .
in college he shot 32%Threes (shorter distance) & 65%FT, in NBA he shot 38%Threes & 84%FT with a very quick release... fax!!!
Spelled facts wrong lol just kidding
The Bucks were kinda loaded in the early 2000’s.
Rick fox and Lamar Odom. Also my dream pick! Dino radja
Dino Radja is so underrated
REDD gave Kobe-BUCKETS !!! 44 pts, take that Black Mamba-LOL. Redd was a very good player and shooter, injury bug gets the best of any player. The human body wasn't built to play 82 games a season, plus if you make the playoffs too.
I have waited for this one thank you man.
Smoooooooth craft. What a scorer

My favorite player of the 00’s thank you for doing this video
Redd shooting form on point and definitely he was a very good player
thanks bro your videos are always slam dunks
I know he regrets not going to Cleveland in 06
Tru story Bron wanted him on that team so bad
He would have been a great fit next to bron
HORRIBLE decision
Cavs were and are cheap
Love this one of my favorite players growing up as a wisconsinite
Thank you 🙂
How about Tim Thomas next
Timmy Thomas! Bill Simmons favorite player
Fortunate to catch this one today😅 But anyways really good mention, lots of ppl have no clue about Michael Redd!
One of my favorite players,Pure sniper
First and the original Khris Middleton
I believe Khris Middleton is more Allan Houston than Redd .
@@Teddy42O Allan Houston more athletic so Houston more of a Bradley Beal

Not if Redd got hurt still…
Gotta do one on Danny Granger
left handed ray allen. 💯🔥
Day 8 of asking for Walt Frazier
he’s a legend but we don’t need that old
Exactly
@@deontae777Chill junior.
Walt Frazier isn’t a forgotten player. Lol.

Kmart, also as the years go by I don't hear much about Clyde Drexler or Doug Christie
NBA live 03 he was my favorite player
Brian Grant
Jason Richardson, 2x Slam Dunk champ & was a bucket getter very good 3 point shooter
Dec4th🎉.
Imagine if he played w Giannis instead of Middleton
I never got his jumper timing right on 2K 😂
Could you do ISO Joe Johnson??
who forgot about Joe Johnson?
I was pissed when Redd career was over he was definitely definitely top 4 or 5 players in the east
top 15 maybe
Facts
Mannnn if he never had knee injuries.... He had his worst injury on my birthday back in 2009.. Dude would have been top 25 all time... Desmond Mason next video?
Redd was great but damn he catches and shoots so low from the bottom
SEMI good describes michael redd and ohio state and the bucks has me saying that star jerry lucas didn't equal legend john havlicek let alone kareem abdul-jabbar
George Karl was a players cancer, you cant go from franchise to franchise and don't get along with the players you coach
Kenyon Martin please!!!!
My all time 3 point shooting team Ray Allen Stephen curry Michael redd dirk nowitski Larry bird
Reggie Miller?
Mike and bron interesting
the original kris middleton 🤌🏾
👏👏
He stupid for not going to the Cavs 🤣
Gotta secure the bag & stay loyal 👌
West High product.
Desmond Mason
Anothe injured player
Always hated him because they chose him over ray allen
Should have his jersey retired in fizerv
Micheal Redd and Brandon Roy without injuries would of battled Kobe or Lebron for nba dominance
Nah. Roy maybe.
@nocturne311 ain't no maybe playboy I watched these guys play before injuries ruined their careers Redd was a killer on the court it was 0 doubt about his playing skills
