How can Supreme Court grant bail, when the accused has to go to trial court for the same? The accused has not even sought bail from the SC. This is absolutely arbitrary and short circuiting the legal process. SC is wasting time again and again on such cases when lakhs of cases are pending before them. Similar accused ones are rotting in jails in the country and SC is not taking up those cases. If the judge is opening that not appearing for the right notices need not take him to be arrested. Waste of national resources.
Arresting a sitting chief minister is a threat to India and its democracy. We can spend all the nations wealth to speed up this case.

Kejeri himself has stated earlier that, people should cooperate with ED on receipt of summons. Here he didn't on 9 previous occasions and has neither bothered to obtain favourable order from court quashing it. As Amit Shah rightly said, if it has been dragged on till election time, its only due to the fault of Kejri. SC should not make the timing of arrest, the reason to be considered while granting bail.

AK Kejriwal should not be released till his case is fully dealt with. Whether he committed criminal acts, and if so there is no reason why he should be let out. He is a person who has no integrity, honesty and trustworthy. He has violated and did not cooperate with investigating agencies and this violater of law should not be given any kind of bail.
