    Surprisingly in-depth!!! I have to try to translate a lot of this amazing info to my USM-RC-2s.... But this Old Fart is a bit better equipped. Thanks Bob!!
    SO MANY FUNCTIONS!!!
    Further requests.... I want to add a CLANK sound with my 5th Wheel Servo. Plus, can a Tamiya Coupler Switch be somehow connected to the Beier, to also have a Coupling sound?? 😁
    You really went through the Gauntlet of Lighting possibilities! 😎 I am ABSOLUTELY going to have to learn the SBus feature on my FlySky FS-i6X... It's going to be the ONLY way to get more functions out of my Sound/Light only Beier Modules!
    ...... Maybe you could do a Series like this for the USM-RC-2 as well?? It would be invaluable to those of us (who will actually admit it!!), are a little slower picking ALL of this up!! 😜😂
    There's far fewer hookups and only one Ribbon Cable to work with....
    All because I wanted to use my Hobbywing 1080 ESCs. 😵😣 I'm kinda stuck with that decision now, but I want to make it work! 😉
    Thanks for an excellent Video Series!

      I've definitely got to remember those Aluminuminum Grab Irons! 😎👍👍 Those look GREAT!

    Awesome build your work is so good. Can your next build be the ford aeromax? I would really love to see what you can do with that build.

    love your videos. very informative. I just ordered an sfr-1 and Infrared light module from you. question I have is where did you get the 3, 4 and 5 pin plugs from?

    • @HobbyconceptsLLC
      @HobbyconceptsLLC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I get those on Amazon. Lately however I have been using the Beier 10 pin plugs only. One for the chassis and one for the body.

    Have you added the after market air ride to any trucks?

  • @BigBoonski
    @BigBoonski 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Your truck is beautiful! Question
    After you did the amount of lighting you did on this truck would you still have had space on the SFR1 to do a fully lit trailer? A trailer with the added underglow lights and extra marker/running lights as well?
    I'm curious cause I am building a truck and am going to use The SFR1 because of how informative your videos are. I am a complete novice to the electronics but because of your walk through I believe I can do it. Thanks for the videos and keep up the great work.
    Thanks.

      Lots of room left. If you use a Beier Trailer system it duplicates what is on the truck so for example brake lights and tailights are already done. Same with aux lights. I did not even use the extra 8 outputs on the SFR so lots of expansion room left.

    One thing I noticed is the MFC-03 has air sounds that you hear when the engine is running. Can this be done on the SFR-1 ? Also can the vibration unit be hooked to it as well ? Thanks so much for all your hard work Bob. We all appreciate your teaching.

      You can add ANY sounds to an SFR-1 and you can call them up randomly or with a stick/switch. Vibration has to run like a servo and is not hard to do. I generally don't like the vibration so usually never use it.

    Another great video bud ? I’m having a few problems setting up my radio link AT10 11 with my TAmiya mic unit that you fitted in the one day build of the king hauler just wondering if you have used the radio link AT1011 with it as so struggling with the remote set up

    For output 8 why not just use "In Position" rather than flick a switch on and off

    • @HobbyconceptsLLC
      @HobbyconceptsLLC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is the great thing about the Beier system, you can do things however you like them. I just like flicking on/off but you can set it up in position if you like. On three way switches you can't if you want to run 2 sets of lights at the same time so that is what I did them all that way. Easier on the operator.

    Hello Friend. I really like and admire modeling trucks. Tamya's trucks. however they are expensive here in Brazil. I'm poor. But if you want to give me one as a present I will be very happy and grateful. I know you are rich and so is your country. Happy birthday. can be a used and old one. I'm also very happy. I'm subscribed and I watch your channel and videos here in BRAZIL. a hug.
