The mentioned of Obiri Ikwere Secretariat not completed since 2004 is a pointer that Wike did not listened to his people for the 8 years he spent in office as a governor. He was a tyrant during his tenure as a governor of the State.
I implore Gov Fubara to shame Wike by building that secretariat to a modern world standard secretariat and on time too. Wike should be ashamed wherever he is right now.
