2024 was an amazing year for fighting games, a d something tells me 2025 is gonna be huge too. My big fighting game wish for 2025 is for an MVC4 announcement. With how much attention the franchise has been getting recently with the mvc collection and Max's MVC infinite and beyond mod, I say the chances went from impossible to somwhat likely. I hope everyone has a happy new year!
12:30 LIKE FOR REAL. I'm a Day -1 DBFZ enjoyer (beta test days) and I have not seen one patch where Twitter did not explode over the changes. We finally got rollback and now it seems even the Street Fighter community has ROLLED BACK their eyes into nostalgia bait. Like guys. Lets be real. Current content is dead so we somehow gotta gaslight ourselves into believing older material was better???
I only got on dbfz when ui came out unfortunately, i see why people hated the current patch cuz neutral is just weird now. The ce mod patch sure it has better neutral but some characters are plain vanilla or just straight up terrible
2024 got me into so many fighting games I never got to play before. Great year for fighting games, both for me individually and the community as a whole. Can’t wait for 2XKO so I can drag some friends down the rabbit hole

A couple of things I’d like to say: even though I’m not a strive player and you use the hardest character to understand and play I still watch some of those because I got used to watching your videos, so keep on it ✨ Also, regarding DBFZ seasons and patches, I started playing after UI Goku was introduced and I played Goku Black for gods sake, just because it looked cool asf and also because people said it was trash; then Blue Vegeta before THE patches. So yeah even though I got late into the game kind of, I saw the uprising of my characters and also the (somewhat) increased variety, now even more than ever. So it’s kinda weird seeing people getting nostalgic over what, top tiers being even more top tiers? (regarding DBFZ specifically) No freaking thanks
Happy new year Aco, I just wanna say thank you for the content it’s been a pleasure watching you all year over the past year and half watching you play fighterz has really influenced how I play my team you got me into baby and I’ll never go back
11:41 This exact conversation was the exact reason why I didn’t want fusions/LC getting nerfed into the ground. People would want to have them buffed again. Like with all of those other obnoxious top tiers you mentioned🙄, you forgot about Bardock and Kid Buu.
Y'know, it's actually weird to see the outlook on this game from the community. It really did go from "this is a baby game," to "this is a party game." I've seen people talk about DBFZ overtime to how this isn't a fighting game, now it is, not anymore, it sucks, it's great!
If you didnt know theres a route for zamasu's boj after babys 6H which i find much more consistent and does more damage, its 5M, 214L, 5M, 2M, flight, 236L into dash dr
Just wish they didn't change cell trajectory on rolling crush. Certain combos are now more inconsistent than ever. Though the perfect attack was fair since blue vegeta got taken down a notch as well
People are mad in granblue too but theyre all mad at each other so its fine. Like cags are mad at beez, but beez are mad at like lucy. Everyones mad at everyone evenly so I guess thats balance 😅
