    The first thing that really helped me with anxiety was cognitive behavior therapy writing down automatic anxious thoughts and then writing a rational response to them. What has helped PROFOUNDLY to end anxiety for me was the spirituality that has grown from when I read Eckhart Tolle's "Power of Now" and "The New Earth."
