    The hand skills from Van de Sandschulp are absolutely of the highest caliber, def Fed's part of the stratosphere. Looks mind bogglingly easy from the front row.

    0:04 Insane forehand. Someone could get killed on the net.

    Really surprised by this video. There was less power than I expected, but a LOT more control and spin.

    The level and quality is insane! Can I ask how come even pro players play these tournaments? Are there a lot of prize money? Also, these players are all like 6.5 7.0 correct?

      7, 6.5 are future players

      Idk about prize money but interclub tournament is a real serious thing in France (idk for other countries either), most tennis players defend their clubs on the weekend versus other clubs, we have divisions for all levels, and what you see here is like our premiere league, but without the same cashprize. However I discovered Van De Zandschulp and Fucsovics train in french clubs. It's just sad Medvedev wasn't here as he learnt tennis in France, it would have been fun!
      About rating we don't have the same in France or I just don't know shit about UTR, but all these players are at least competing in ch50

    How much money are clubs forking out for these guys? Is it worth more than going deep into a futures tournament?

      edit: thought he was serving from the ad side :-D The ball is clearly in.
      Looks that way, as the trajectory looks like it might have been out. But even at .25 speed it's hard to see the actual bounce, so it might just have clipped the line, and the line judge would have had a better angle for sure, seeing it dead on.

    what level are these? appears to be the equivalent of US div1 schools… or maybe tour guys? [edit] now realize these were world ranked tour players. didn't realize that "interclub" pays atp guys to play for their "club". my first thought was that they are better than college players, but next thought was "why would tour guys play 'interclub' when they could be making money on tour?"

    • @Vilmir
      @Vilmir 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Mix level, it’ the French Pro A division. You have seen a former ATP top ten, a quarter finalist of the last US Open, the French guy that caused trouble to Med at Bercy etc.

      Everyone in this video is a world class player. Of everyone in this video, only 2 are outside the ATP top 100. Reymond is 400 something & Puille is somewhere in the mid 100's, but even he used to be a top 10 player. Highest ranked is fuscovic who is like like 30 in the world. This is leagues above College tennis.

      nah this is a bit better. top college players are mid 14 utrs. these guys are all high 14's to mid 15's

      @@Michael-kb3tt I was thinking they might be that good, but then I was thinking, “why would your guys be playing ‘interclub’,… wouldn’t they be actually touring/traveling?” [edit] just read the description and realized these were top 100 guys :p
