3 weeks. Sometimes longer if extra training is needed

If your planning on coming to maverick, my advice, pay attention in class and you'll do just fine! I just graduated and just completed my first week on my own. The notes you take in class come in handy!

A few backups, a test on some pictures, and some admin stuff. It's not bad.
