What are the amounts that you use to make this cake? I'm trying to make this but I don't know how much of everything I need to use

- 250gr chocolate
- 125gr butter
= melt
Bowl:
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 75g sugar.
= mix until light and lemony colour
Combine chocolate and egg mixtures.
Bowl 2:
- Whipp other 4 egg whites to stiff peaks
- Add 100g sugar
180 degree 35 minutes
I made it with the caramel and mint but I deleted that part since I prefer it without the mint

He's one of the best chefs of the world.. you all should watch Hell's Kitchen where he literally changes his demeanour. He's a great person who wants others to succeed.

Gordon, I did not expect these mistakes from you .... the sponge cake is disassembled, this is because you have beaten the cake pan on the table .... remember that a mass mounted if you slam even a little on the table is dismounted, and in cooking it does not swell anymore. as you noticed, adjusting everything with the cream, the sponge cake in the middle was deflated.
