I'm still shocked some people think sword isn't that good. Deck has to be BDIF.

The deck is SOOO strong. It’s got power, consistency, defense, strong removal options - definitely top tier imo

@@Shadowversus @BurnOneSVE I think it's because of the playstyle of the deck. As a sword main who desperately tried to like this deck, every game with this deck boiled down to "does my opponent draw removal." None of the sword units are particularly robust (with both viridia evo and bayleon evo sitting at 4 hp) and most removal in the meta can do 4 damage. Like this match showcase, every win has been b/c my opponent couldn't find the out. I do think natura sword is strong, but personally don't like it b/c the win condition went from "pray my topdecks are good" to "pray my opponent's topdecks are bad."

If veridia wasn't so expensive id think about playing this deck

The other popular option this set is Mono Abyss, which requires 3x technolords (currently at ~$30ish on tcg) and 3x playsets of mono base + evo (around $7 and $10 respectively). So about the same price honestly.
For reference, at this time viridia base is ~$15 and evo is a little under $30.
