I tried to make a flame and glass runecraft deck by combining it with that legendary from the previous expansion that makes all costs cost 0... it didn't work so well...
for runecraft you need D-shift to make it work. There are already Flame-Glass D-shift deck out there with the name Duckzodia. You can check youtube and see how it goes. :D
You don't need to reduce the cost of Harnessed Flame and Glass to 0, you need a way to protect it until next turn.

If you want some spicy meatball, you might want to try healblood with Carabose. You just dont run out of fuel, ever. Only problem - you cant go fast, period. Unless you tune something for that. So you can cry when meet most heaven decks. Also 3 Eachtars in a row can ruin ones day, but thats true for most slow and midrange decks.

How do you get Animated Glass? I was able to make Harnessed a few times in my Wall Control Rune.
I think they are a ranked reward like the regulars.
It's A3 ranked reward iirc. I knew i was able to get it before i'm AA0, and not from 200 ranked wins either.

How important are the Heroes of Antiquity?
*is , he serve as control on curve , similar to fangblade slayer but more of defensive. it can survive lot of "destroy" effect (like khawy , lurching corpse) which is in the top tier deck for now. its hard to deal with 10HP follower without destroy effect. it can become a threat later if opponent failed to control him. I could say antiquity is one of the best control on curve for now.
Hero of Antiquity is a more controlling variant of Fangblade Slayer. Basically you lose out on the bane and damage for 3 more attack, 2 more health, and immunity to destruction effects. It's much better on controlling decks like this than midrange decks.
However note that it will die from 2 Eachtar zombies and one Aegis hit, so beware of Shadow and Haven.
Why did I vial Hero? Bah. This deck is amazing. Going to play this.

Don't worry about it. Antiquity can easily be replaced with Fangblade, although i argue it's less good on control decks like this, but it still gets the job done.

It's a meme deck. It looks good here against mid shadows, but their draws aren't really optimal. I've fought a lot of mid shadows in AA2 and the ones seen in this video actually has relatively mediocre draws compared to most that i've encountered. It also doesn't fare well against wide untargetable board clear and loses flat-out to Aegis Haven. It's too expensive for new players to build and ladder effectively with, especially if you don't know how to pilot it. It's a fun combo deck to play around with, but it's not reliable in the least.

It's not all that good. A lot of the people he was playing against here didn't really get anywhere close to decent draws.
Everything everyone else has said PLUS factoring that the Flame-Glass-Assassin combo is a 10-point three card combo. That's a big combo. You better have a good board prepared for yourself (which I guess is what the control is for) and have enough health to deal with any storms that might come your way that one turn you need to survive to get Flame & Glass, which I'm not sure you'll always have late game, as per Ignideus here.

I find it so so sad that I once had 5, yup, 5 copies of Harnessed Flame but I never ever once got Harnessed Glass.
I found 3 in one pack, 2 in another.
Guess the game just doesn't want me to have fun. Except it gave me an animated zeus, so really, I don't know.
