    11/26/20 I've been hesitant to try this recipe for a couple months now because I was tired of attempting these types of pure rice flour recipes and wasting my expensive ingredients when it comes out awful, but today I gave it a try for thanksgiving. I used regular white rice flour from authentic foods, it's not a special "baking" rice flour at all, it's just been finely ground by the company but I'm sure any ground rice flour would work too. I almost cried how beautiful this recipe came out, exactly like the video!!! You'd swear that this bread had yeast in it because it's airy, so soft and "clean" tasting like you'd expect from a typical hamburger bun. My highly allergic daughter told me to only make this from now on and she enjoyed it so much today with the ham and turkey with her vegan cheese. My boys who are so picky with trying my allergy friendly concoctions loved it as well!! I'm going to make hamburgers buns with this recipe and then I'll also do hot dog buns (I do have the hot dog bun molds). The only downside to making this too often is that it is only white rice flour and I usually make my glutenfree, vegan breads with healthy flours like sorghum and millet etc. but it's just that they don't come out as soft and airy as this recipe. For a treat every now and then I'll continue to make this since we don't get to enjoy so many everyday foods. The plus side of this recipe also is that it's so quick, easy, effective and without yeast. Ochikeron thanks a bunch!!!! I regret not trying this sooner, thanks again😁 Oh and you're so patient with your adorable kids💛
    UPDATE- I tried finely ground white rice flour from a Korean grocery store and it did not come out good at all! It came out dense and rubbery. I made sure it wasn't the glutinous rice flour as well but it was still unsuccessful. I'm reordering the authentic foods brand
    3rd UPDATE🤦‍♀️ ok my mistake, I used water instead of the nondairy milk before and that's why the recipe with the Korean dry rice flour didn't come out good. I tried it again today with the nondairy milk and it came out beautiful! Sorry for the confusion you guys🥴 I also successfully used Bob's red mill rice flour and it also came out good. Just made sure you follow the recipe well😊

    I made this today!! Added Gula Melaka at the bottom of the foil. Also used sweetened soymilk and left out the sugar. Also used coconut oil. Tasted delciious! Thank you for such simple gluten free recipes! Pan-steaming is now my new way of making cupcakes. This made 10 mini cupcakes for me. Super cute and adorable. Hope to see more easy gluten and dairy free recipes!

    Thank you for putting up this gluten and egg free recipe Im grateful for you! I used a steamer and it didnt go as fluffy :(, but it tasted great! or maybe because i didnt mix the dry ingredients first? I just mixed all and put into bowls.
    First time i tried this i miread the recipe and added 1 tbsp of baking soda 😂 it tasted bitter and my family all laughed. But it oddly rise beautifully and fluffy also.

    I think it's good that you don't show the children's faces :-)
    I generally don't watch videos that show the faces of children.
    According to the UN Charter of the Rights of the Child, children have the right to privacy.
    I think that later, when they are older, children can decide for themselves whether they want to be active on the Internet on social media sites or not.
    That this right is not ignored by the parents and that the child later wants to film and find photos of himself on the Internet that he does not have there because it is embarrassing for the child when the classmates find classmates and use them to bully the child.
    That is quite a breach of trust for the children and an act of the parents that violates children's rights just because they want a few positive reactions to the photos and films.
    In many countries it is also forbidden to violate the privacy of other people by publishing private photos / films, for this permission must be obtained from these persons and this only works if the person asked understands what a publication means and what can cause it .
    If it is not possible to get a permit because the person concerned is still too young, then it is like no permit and therefore illegal to share such things. Not a free ticket to share everything the parents want, just because the child cannot mentally grasp the consequences and does not yet understand what photos and social media are.
    that is probably one of the reasons why the minimum age for socal media has been set higher in many countries.
    Often because children could not handle it well and If it is of a higher minimum age, parents then consider why and are hopefully moe cautious.

    • @askialuna7717
      @askialuna7717 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately, most of the time the child has to sue for their rights to make things disappear and that is unfortunately only possible when the child has acquired a legal understanding, in Germany around the age of 14. And up to this age, a lot of bad things can have happened to the child and it is unfortunately too late.
      Instead of the state being able to take care of it, the population can point out where there is another case and the authorities then check it and the parents then get a request to remove it and not do it again and if the parents are unreasonable then the website operators must remove it.
      The parents get a fine and the money the parents pay is then put into a large pot and the money is used to support projects to protect the children.

    • @ochikeron
      @ochikeron  4 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      In Japan, too. Some people do show full faces of kids to get more views... I want people to focus more on my recipes not people (including myself) because few years later, I don't like how I edited myself sometimes... haha
