    I love the idea of splitting breakfast into two parts with exercise in the middle. That was my struggle because I don’t have energy to exercise in the morning without eating but then I feel too full and lazy to workout. Also I need to eat protein after a workout but I don’t want an unnecessarily heavy breakfast so I can also enjoy lunch and dinner and spread out the nutrition throughout my day. This video is exactly what I needed right now and I’m definitely going to incorporate your tips and recipes into my life! Thank you

      Idk if you’re in the US or not but if you are, you can’t make food like they do in Japan. US food, soil and waters are poisoned. Big time.

    • @sadkindahappy7912
      @sadkindahappy7912 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@FransceneJK98 Yeah, I'm aware that ingredient and produce quality is different. My original comment was not saying that I can recreate exactly what I had, but that I can recreate the "concept" of the set meal. Side note - I do grow my own herbs and vegetables, and purchase from my local farmers market.

    So excited I found your channel! I love this way of eating. I love the idea of salads but haven’t found many I like. But your tofu & squash salad sounded amazing. I love how simple it which is more attainable to make frequently. I can’t wait to try it out. Thank you for sharing. I hope in your future videos you can share more types of salads and ways of preparing salmon. 😊

    One advise: please don't cook or heat honey. Honey becomes really bad for health when cooked. 🙏🏻
