Hi Jessie First day really trying vinegar in glass of water before breakfast plus some lettuce,still had my oats with a few cornflakes on milk and a little sugar,but no toast and marmalade this morning. Story is I had a stent fitted 3 years ago plus started taking the tablets associated with that procedure,and have been very tired every afternoon about 3_4 o'clock and not feeling much better until next morning,but today I was just very slightly tired about 4 o'clock then worked another 3 hours on the farm , and feel the best I have for years, so I'm going to take it further thank you very much indeed. why? I'm prone to insulin-resistance, so eating vegetable before main meal definetely helps me to eat less. And also if i eat sweet snack on a walk (in the middle of it), i don't bloat as opposed as eating it at home...
