    Mix Garlic And Cloves For 7 Days, THIS Will Happen To Your Body!
    Garlic and cloves are not only well known for their distinct taste, but also for their high levels of nutrition and health promoting abilities. When combined and consumed together, this mixture becomes a health promoting powerhouse that can even provide medicinal benefits. Ones easy way to get the health benefits from mixing garlic and cloves is to make a tea. The recipe is very easy. All you will need is two cups of water,
    three garlic clove cut in half and six to eight cloves. You can also add one teaspoon of honey and half a cup of fresh lemon to the recipe as well. In a saucepan, bring the three cups of water to a boil and add the garlic and cloves. Reduce heat and let simmer for ten minutes. Let cool to your desired temperature and enjoy. Now, lets discuss the amazing health benefits of mixing garlic with cloves.
    1. First, a mixture of garlic and cloves is an antioxidant powerhouse. It can help to reduce free radicals in the body, inflammation and risk factors for certain chronic diseases. Studies have shown that garlic contains potent antioxidants that can support our body's own protective mechanisms from oxidative and free radical damage. It can also help to increase antioxidant enzymes in the body. Cloves are also rich in antioxidants. Not only is it high in plant compounds and carotenoids, but it contains a natural and unique antioxidant known as eugenol. Studies found that
    eugenol was effective at reducing oxidative damage, similar to garlic.
    2. Combining and consuming a mixture of garlic and cloves is also very heart healthy and can reduce the risk of developing heart disease. Garlic contains active compounds that can help to regulate and reduce blood pressure levels. Studies have found that garlic can have a significant impact on reducing blood pressure for those individuals with hypertension. It can also help to lower both “bad” LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol. The antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds and medicinal properties of garlic also promote overall heart health. Cloves can also help to improve heart health. This is attributed to the potent antioxidant eugenol found in it plus its other high levels of antioxidants which can reduce inflammation that can damage the cardiovascular system. Cloves also contain heart healthy nutrients such as manganese and fibre.
    3. This mixture can also help to boost the immune system naturally while also providing antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. Garlic and garlic supplements are well known for their ability to boost the function of the immune system. It can help to prevent common cold and flu symptoms and the duration of these symptoms. As well, garlic can provide antibacterial properties that can support a healthy immune system. Cloves have also been shown in studies to have antimicrobial properties which allows them to help prevent bacterial growth, boosting immunity in the process. Like garlic, cloves have been found to have strong antibacterial properties.

Research has also found that garlic can have beneficial effects on osteoarthritis. Cloves are also healthy for our bones and can help to preserve bone mass. The compound eugenol may be able to help
    increase bone density and strength, which plays a vital role in preventing bone ailments such as osteoporosis. Cloves are also rich in manganese, a vital mineral for overall bone health and in bone formation.
