I've been taking garlic for almost 5 years now and I'm 59 yrs old. I chop it up and I chew it before swallowing. The reason for chewing is because it keeps my teeth clean from bacteria that causes toothache. Right way to eat it is crush a raw garlic keep a side for 5-10 mins (when kept aside due to oxygen the fullest form of raw and fresh allycin is developed which creates wonders for your health) if eating empty stomach then sip a glass of water after eating preferred warm water which reduces heat in body which is released by garlic, liver mainly neuro system is completely cleansed if used long term, but eat it alternate day to maintain good overall health love frm India...be wise by being helpful take care

My father ate so much garlic, you could smell him a mile away. Swore I'd never have anything to do with it. Fast forward 30 yrs. I own a farm in the Georgian Bay area in Ontario Canada. Started growing garlic and because my soil is so mineral rich due to glacier deposits millions of years ago, any root crop such as garlic has tested off the charts. I know this because very early on I took it to the University of Guelph to be tested. It was the highest allicin content they had tested to date. As mentioned in the video, allicin is very fleeting. we needed a way to capture it once chopped. Hence an IQF tunnel ( flash freeze -80 degrees) then freeze dried. Garlic takes about 30hrs to dry this way. One capsule contains an entire bulb. As they say its truly mother natures best anti-everything! Kudos to this video and to everyone consuming GARLIC!🙏💝 Thank you for educating the public WELL DONE

    lost weight
    have more energy
palpitations I use to have are completely gone
my blood pressure is back to normal

I use to leave the sliced pieces of garlic for some minutes and then i put them in a cup of fine olive oil. It can stay there for one, two days, no problem, the taste of the garlic penetrates the oil. The oil penetrates the garlic. I can add half coffee spoon of pink salt just to get more tasty. Then i take a few tea spoons, as i want. Along the day, or once, doeasn't matter. It's great medicine, and you can take it alone or mix it with food.

Be very careful with swallowing a whole clove. I had to go to urgent care because my stomach was burning so much. But, I love garlic and now I’m more careful with it. You need to coat your stomach with pure organic cold pressed olive oil first.
Also, a great way to get rid of skin cancer is to first put olive oil on the growth and then you slice a clove of garlic, wait 5 to 10 minutes, and rub it on the skin area with the oil. It truly works. Do it before you go to bed. Cover it with a bandaid. Do this every night; It takes about 5 to 6 weeks.
iIt worked for me. Just be careful; some people forget the oil and will burn their skin.

I then spread mixture on a wholemeal slice of thin bread, sprinkle on a crushed vitamin D3 (4kiu) then place a second slice HM bread on top and eat while prepping main breakfast. Result? I'm a fit and well 73 year old that shook off covid in a couple of days, and have good overall health.
As a side note a foot fungus that no amount of ointments etc for years could shift, has totally cleared up since employing the above routine.

Adding smoothies like raw carrot pieces/Beetroots/Bottle guard or any other vegitable which can be eaten raw would reduce the effect of stomach burn. In addition to these, If one can add raw turmeric root (skinned with a size of your index finger) then it would become elixir. Am consuming this combo for the past one year. Gives good immunity, and reduces any allergic condition. Works well in any kind of autoimmune disease. Very good blood purifier, and detoxifier. Mainly more natural way of brain detoxification is done with this combo. If one can't chew and swallow, it can be made into juice form and consumed (unfiltered juice).

I chew it twice a day and really like it in my salad. I like D'scorpion Jarem's idea. I am going to try the garlic in the water over night. Thanks. I am also going to swallow some whole as well. Great tips! Love to get the whole advantage of garlic.

I peel my garlic then place them in a food processor. I blend until very fine. I then transfer the garlic into a small Tupperware bowl, next add honey & clove followed with cinnamon and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix it all together then add a lid to the container, place it in the fridge. Take 1 teaspoon or tablespoon a day or every other day.Not too large tho

I eat pickled garlic regularly. The brand I buy is real crunchy so I don't think the pickling destroys all the medical benefits but probably reduces some of the benefits.

I usually crushed 2 cloves garlic and put it in a glass of warm water. Let it sit for couple of minutes and drink it. When I first started drinking it I add honey for the taste. Now i just drink it as it is~~~~

I've been experimenting with raw garlic since the 90s. I tried a 1 heaping tbsp. Smothered in honey (crush, mince and let it stand for 10min). I only slept 2-3hrs, I had to be up early for an appointment. I felt effn fantastic like I put in 8+ hrs of sleep and my day went above normal. This same recipe! I took during a 24hr fast and the next morning, POW! My baby had a big ol smile for the rest of the day, POTENT 🍆 It works! Also, during a 24 hr fast, i had zero, of those nasty caffine headaches/ withdrawal symtoms, zero tobacco withdrawal, no cravings. It was fkn amazeballs!. ⚠️ Don't try if you are using any kind of blood thinners...or if you have any reaction to honey/garlic products. Please let me know if you have tried or have luck with these mentioned remedies. Aloha, blessings and the best of health
