We're serious about crawfish in New Orleans. I used to work for Rouses supermarkets and every year at French Quarter fest we boiled 15,000 lbs. of crawfish, and thousands of lbs. of corn, sausage and potatoes too using 2 boiling trailers. We used to also cater other events and shipyards too, where we'd bring in as many as 5 boiling trailers at a time.

That's a good boiled seafood restaurant but you want good Cajun po boys it's Mother's restaurant or great fried chicken and seafood Dukey Chase in Treme , or upper class restaurant s Revaluation , or Brennan's one thing that makes the oysters good down here they are wild caught not farm raised of you want great char broil oysters Acme oyster house, Revaluation has great redfish dishes and Jambalaya tks for the great video also mothers restaurant restaurant has great roast beef po boys
