When you want too drift but you dont have a big budget.

I thought this video was one of the best "small time" RC drift meets ever!!
As an 'ex-enthusiast' (I'm now into my nitro and petrol) I really hope you all stay with it and progress through.
Good luck and thanks for the laughs! We often forget ($$$$$) in the nitro world where we all started so this was a great vid to bring a small group of us back down to earth.
Hopefully I'll make some time to post a video of my own for you! !

Thanks for checking out my video. Unfortunately the drift scene died out here which really sucks because I myself love building the scale cars. Maybe one day people will come back to it.

The mustang was a Tamiya kit so it was fully upgraded. I am not sure what motor he was running but it was around a 10T motor I believe. The body was done custom by a friend of mine long before HPI released the body on there Sprint 2 chassis.

It would need more power because it would increase weight and also it would lower suspension so it would be pretty hard to do that

Yup that would be Kyle and Josh I knew they where heading up there, little hard for me to be in 2 places at the same time and I had agreed to film the drift event months ago before Charge had anything planned. I will be at the next one.

they say for beginners they should get a 50/50 chassis ( 50% power to front and rear) I didn't I went straight to a CS setup ( Counter steer- 30/70, 40/60, 20/80, etc)
I recommend Mst, HPI (mustang), and yokomo.
