To remove the two black pieces, how do I get the bolt off the bottom part of the screws holding down the first piece at the front.

My inlaws just replaced their battery in their 2016 Lincoln mkx and now the radio doesn't work how do you fix that
I would start with checking the fuses. There is a fuse box to the left of the steering column and the radio fuse is a 20amp fuse in location 33.
