what number of key is needed to release the 2 screws

Ohhh sory brother, but It was a long time ago, if I remember correctly it was the same key as the first screw.

Nice video. Does it have a gasket in between or no ? Someone told me that once you remove the EGR you have to buy a new gasket.

No there was not a gasket. Maybe at the 320 cdi model

Merhaba Burak bey, videosunu yaptığım aracımda sizin bahsini yaptığınız parça yok. Dolayısıyla pek fazla geniş bilgim olmamakla birlikte, yaptığım küçük bir araştırmaya göre siyah, yuvarlak boru ağızı hava girişi için olan bir kısım. Sayfalarda arama yaptığımda iki ayrı forum sayfasında sizin sorunuzun aynısına rastladım. Anladığım kadarıyla o kısım hiç bir yere takılmayacak. Galiba dışardan hava girişi için açık kalması gerekiyor. Tabi emin olmadığımı tekrarlamakta yarar var. Eğer neye yaradığını bulduysanz, ben de öğrenmek isterim. Doğrusu ben de merak ettim :)

It's just a brake cleaner but a good quality. Car will be better than before, if you are sure there are no other problems.

@@manbiteslife3110 when I cleaned it was around 300 000 km. And when I sold my car without any problems it was 403000 km. So one time is enough if there not an other problem is?

@@mike82yloosen nuts off but not all the way then start your engine and give it a rev. The EGR will pop loose but make sure you haven’t undone the nuts all the way otherwise your EGR valve might fly off.

Kurum temizleyici herhangi bir spray. Balata-disk temzileyicileri olarak da geçer. Brake cleaner spray diye sorduğunuzda bulabilirsiniz.

Cleaner ile iyice kurumu temizlendikten sonra içindeki mekanizmanın yağlanması için biraz sıkılmasında fayda var. Ama WD 40 kurum sökmez, aksine daha çok kurumun yapışmasına sebep olur.

Normalde sağa sola çevirerek çıkması gerekiyor. Kurum ve ısınmadan dolayı kaynama yapmıştır. Hafifçe çekiç gibi ağır birşeyle vurarak açabileceğinizi zannediyorum.
