I used to live in a similar setting in Tasmania with my parents and brothers about 70 years ago. I still miss the old days. I could live in Clonbur quite happily.
It's amazingly spacious on the inside, yet looks like a smallish trad cottage from the outside. Very nice, and a lovely location for a lucky new owner !
A traditional place like this tends to have smaller windows, so you’d expect it to be a little dark but those skylights make a huge difference and I agree with the comment about the 2x height ceiling giving a sense of space. I like this a lot.
Lovely cottage, but I don't care for the gravel in front. Imo, it would have been prettier with a lawn and flowers, with a gravel path leading to the front door. But I suppose that could be fixed.
Cute, and more room inside then it looks from outside! Just needs a good declutter and it’ll be lovely. But....I never understand a shower on its own in a closet.
Maybe, in another lifetime where I am more fortunate? 6:51 Did they miss filming the upper bathroom? In another life, a better, more enriched life. I may meet the woman I am meant to be with. We have children and dogs and I have room and space to pursue my hobbies and interests and we are very happy. I like to think this anyway. It does no harm.
All those little fireside chairs would be better replaced with 3 Big squashy couches, they look very dated, a big hearth rug, some trees 🌳 planted just outside to take away the bleak look,

never stops raining there and the locals all have webbed feet and carry brollies 24 hours a day...even whilst indoors.
I live in Tasmania, near Mt Field, just adore the scenery here and similar to parts of Ireland
Lovely cottage, lot of thought given to the finished plot. Clonbur just beautiful.

Wow cozy unwind hard day work drinking Guinness enjoying the view
Thanks for posting the price
👍
Oh my Heaven look at that view!!!
Delightful! My one hesitation is the close proximity of the house next door. For privacy I'd prefer to be further away from any neighbours.

All that land and they built two houses within 20 feet of each other? Why?
Also, why the smallest showers in the world?
As long as you are active retired it may appeal. Ballina a good drive away, whike you can...what then...the bus, lol
🤩😍😀👍
😍😍😍
😍😍😍😍😍
What I find weird about this property acres and Acres of beautiful green but the yard around the house is gravel? What's with that?
To discourage unwanted weeds, grass etc.
@@davidpeter4588 that doesn't make sense to discourage weeds they make their yard a parking lot
Mine is the same. Each to their own?
How old is the property and what is the covered area plus total area of the lot? Is this house somewhere in Europe?
It's in Ireland
How many people sleep there???!!!
Is it for sale? Price?
The house is a nice layout; but the furniture doesn’t do it much justice.
Gravel. Snow ice. Black ice
Скільки місця витратили задарма! Якби був 2 поверх нормальний (а не "гуляй вітер",бо до стелі 5 метрів),було б більше кімнат!😔
Is it for sale
Around 40k overpriced

Is this property still available?
