i just started playing l-star myself, during the beta it was my go to gun.

Awesome to see people who evidently love the L-Star, and not to mention it apparently just got a buff so I'll definitely try and give this another go in a separate video. Obviously this isn't the WORST weapon, because you could equip something like secondary only or a launcher but to me I have more fun with those so *personally* I find this to be the least interesting gun to me. Hoorah for Titanfall 2!

The L-Star is weird, I found a lot of success when I treated it more like an smg than anything else
I would recommend using gunrunner and extended magazine on the L-Star with stim.

Lucas Hartley Equip gunrunner and you can get a surprising amount of kills. I've consistently gotten top 3 with it.

This gun is actually pretty cool and has one of the fastest times to kill. The problem is that ur bad and u dont know how to lead ur shots. Also why ur not good with pharah in Overwatch. Truth be told though, it should be an smg.

-have 6 tracers on 50HP try to kill the vips with melees only, they can use there ability if they choose to no ultimate allowed
-bastions have a emergency self repair you need to call it out to use and you have to use it once, once called the entire team (vip) have to use it for a maximum 3 second once used you can use it again
-aim of the game for vips is the have at least one survivor on the end.Aim of game for protesters is to kill the vips before they get to the last checkpoint where the game finishes
rules:
-tracers ability time has to be increased from 100% to 200%
-one emergency healing and for 3 seconds (or 5 secs if imbalanced)
-on payload map where 4 bastions can fit
-AND FINALLY HAVE FUN

USER doom if you put down the health for the tracers to have 50 health then the bastions will have a full repair

I use the Lstar like a SMG avoiding ADS if possible. If not, I slap on a threat scope along with electric smoke and holo-pilot tactical. Kits are power cell/fast regen & low profile.
L-star is one of my favorite weapons xD
Go behind a spectre which is the pilot looking robots and hold the same button you use to embark a titan

Mr. Fruit, I have a challenge for you, I call it: Yin and Yang. On Overwatch with your wonderful group of friends, go into quick match, three being Zenyatta, three being whom ever else. One Zenyatta puts an orb of harmony on one friend and a discord orb on an enemy. The friend with the harmony orb must kill the enemy with said discord. Thought it'd be interesting and funny to watch. You could make it into a friendly competition

I love using the LStar and I would cringe every time he'd aim down sights.
I suggest using the L-Star more like an SMG rather than an assault rifle. Furthermore a Turbo Engine on Ronin is more of a disadvantage, because each individual Dash takes longer to charge, making you rarely ever able to use the third Dash. In my opinion Overcore is a more valid option. You also tried to hack an unhackable Stalker, Spectres are indeed hackable. Otherwise you are still as funny as ever ^^

Go into private match in destiny with rab and blue and the gang. One side use storm caller warlock. The other can be any class with a sword (no ammo). palpatines use melee and super (only one person can) and the Jedi use empty swords. Normal TD rules

Ronin is OP, he needs to be capable of being executed during shield core. It's a big reason why everyone spams ronin.

You can hack spectres, but you have to be behind, and it hacks the whole pack of that spectres, what you tried was a the bigger class, stalker, which you cant hack.

you can hack normal specters but you have to stand behind them when doing it. I don't think you can hack the specters that blow up or what ever

I actually prefer the l star over the volt to me it's just 10x better but it's probably my play style because the l star shreds at close range
oh it took me 5hr to gen the volt and 1hr to 2hr 2 gen the lstar

I got a challenge for ya. Scavenger: While playing titanfall you can only get one kill with a weapon before you have to find another weapon on the ground and pick it up. Get at least 10 kills.

yea you can hack specters because you trued it on a stalker
the trick to the L-star is not aiming down sights, off the hip is far better. also you can definitely hack specters. you were trying to hack a stalker in the video, they look similar but the stalkers have an armoured casing wich prevents hacking.
Dude this idk what your talking about but the L-Star is a great weapon, it's like a fusion rifle from destiny, no one uses it unless they know what they're doing and they know how to properly handle the gun
The L-STAR, Spitfire, and other useless weapons suck in PvP, but would be awesome in Frontier Defence. Make it happen Respawn!

EPG: Fires a slow-moving bullet that moves even slower than the L-Star with a fire rate slower than 90% of the teammates in Capture The Flag.
Noobs who die to gods with an EPG: UGHHH!!! IT'S AN INSTANT-KILL!
EPG: Takes an average of 2 shots to kill someone if your aim isn't godly.
Also EPG: Has 5 shots in a clip and is so loud 90% of people turn around and mow you down with their spitfire.
L-star is not for long range, L-star is best with stim of what I know of,when fighting a pilot DO NOT AND I SAY DO NOT ZOOM IN WHEN THE ENEMY PILOT IS CLOSE TO YOU, L-star not for titans,for the scope I like it with one but it’s up to you of what works, and yeah when I started titanfall 2 I loved the L-star but now I’m a flatline guy

You can hack a Spectre when they first drop. Also, once you hack one, it hacks all of the Spectres in the pod it came from. If they get a kill, it counts as your kill.
This gun just shoot red neon balls.
Thanks to the recent patch, the spitfire is now good and fun to use, pilot sentries aren't as much of an ass to deal with but flatline is now op in close to medium range. Can't have some good without some bad

If I may say, you need to treat the L-Star like the R-97, so gunrunner and stim are your best friends. The long range bit just takes some work, but it can be quite deadly if you lead your shots. Plus, using it at close range means you get to watch as your enemies turn to mulch, which is always satisfying. And, as you said, it has gotten a buff from the most recent patch, and a lot more people are trying it out.

yes, haking specters is a thing. and I think that for a titanfall 2 video you should hack as many specters as possible and see how many you can keep alive tell the end of the game. goal is to keep at least 2 alive tell the end.

There are so few people on PC, and the only decent matchmaking is attrition... So I've never played bounty hunt, or CTF, etc... I hope it picks up. Also, for some strange reason I can't change my graphics settings, so I'm stuck on lowest.
Fruit there's a difference between Spectres and Stalkers. Specters can be hacked, they're the really thin robots, they move fast and have square yet at the same time triangular heads. However Stalkers are the larger robots that are generally covered in lots of lights, are very angular, heavily armored and usually carry guns like the Mastiff. Stalkers also generally spawn in pods of about four. But an easy thing to remember is the mob spawns... Grunts,Spectres,Stalkers,Reapers.
As someone who loves the L-Star I can tell you this is a close to medium range spray and pray machine. Due to the slow bullet travel time and the weird recoil you won't be hitting much on long range so don't even try to engage pilots there.
Now to the important part, if you're ads you are doing something wrong. The weapon is most effective in close range so you hip fire everything. Stay mobile and spray the enemy. Played like this the L-Star is extremely destructive basically a full auto shotgun with range.

I love your vids and I know you wanted to get better at Ronin. So I found a youtuber named FrothyOmen and he does videos on how to master certain titans. Hehas a video on every titan, and I suggest you watch the videos for the titans you use. (This applies to whoever else reads or sees this comment. Tell me if you found it useful Mr Fruit! Plz respond. Also if you already watched the video tell me if you liked it or not
I think to appreciate the L-Star properly one needs to clear their mind and forget that it's even in the LMG gun category... rather, pretend that it's a hyper-rapid-fire shotgun which CAN hit targets at long range (unlike a shotgun) but which gets worse and worse the more you try to use it like a regular gun versus using it like a shotgun. The power-to-range ratio feels very similar to the flatline to me... one loses ability to hit because of super slow projectiles and the other loses it by shaking violently left and right.

Did you ever even hear a whisper about something called movement advantage? Wallrunning? Slidehopping? JUMPING?
A lot of people complain that the game is now SLOW and the titans are made of paper.
This is due to Respawn having the worst servers in the industry.
Instead of fixing the code Zampella, CEO, the same man fired for dishonesty by EA, just changed the weapons and the speed.
Was playing Sombra the other day and heard her say “I'm on fuego!” Couldn't help but to stop and laugh thinking of all the times you said that. It was even funnier when she immediately followed with “...I can't believe I just said that...”

Literally have my highest kill game with the l stat
Ronin is my main he's lowkey the best titan in the game if you play him right. he can avoid 90% of the damage from what everybody thinks is the strongest tone, i regularly destroy legions because they move so slow. you can demolish scorch by staying close range but just outside flame shield range forcing him to use his thermite launcher dash around him and unload your shotgun. only titan i have to take seriously is other ronins because they're just as fast. oh and use battery backup you basically have 4 bars of health 2 dashes and 1 phase shift.
Hey Fruit. Love your videos. I thought it would be cool if you used a gun that's the worst in Titanfall 2, in my opinion, and that's the one and only...cold war. It's the closest you'll get to a fusion rifle from destiny. Keep up the good work!
The effectiveness of a lot of weapons depends on how well you can move around the maps in general. I also used to think that the L-Star was garbage, but now that I'm bunny hopping and wall-running, the L-Star has become one of my favorites, and I'm getting better with a lot of guns in general.
The L-star is currently my favorite weapon in TitanFall 2, i can beat any weapon with it if i am more skilled. i spend more time hip-firing than i do ADS'ing with this gun because of how good it is, youre just bad

he complains about the ads time on the L-Star so why not just hipfire like you should be doing with basically every gun??
the energy bullets are just as accurate while hipfiring and you get used to leading your shots from distances with use of the weapon, I'm terrible at the game but I still land my long distance shots
