Why no one is talking about the closeup shots problem in 13? It's really disheartening to see that a device worth 80k can't even capture closeup shots while 12 can do that very well

At 1.25 min, iPhone 12's background blur has done a mistake by blurring the hair whereas iPhone 13 has done great job there
