My favorite thing about your house tours is how usable & livable you show these homes. Simple things like sitting on the furniture & getting in the tubs/showers. Most others on TH-cam treat the homes like delicate art pieces with velvet ropes blocking it. Like, if they touch ANYTHING the entire house will collapse.
Probably because they are being respectful of other peoples spaces…
But if you look at videos where people actually touch stuff you often look behind the costs and see the actual quality. Like glas railing being wobbly, drawers not closing or different things squeaking.
Glass galore! The woodwork, the stonework, the ironwork is supernatural. Lots of cozy areas to hide away in. It's an appealing property. You've shattered your record Ryan of best home video showings; they are top notch....

"Juxtaposition," as soon as I heard you say it, I thought, "dang, he did see the descriptive words he asked us to suggest in the Las Vegas mansion video." Not too many people other than architects will use that word to describe the built environment and how elements within the design of a building interact with each other. If you don't know it already, Frank Lloyd Wright was famous for taking the natural elements and incorporating them into the design of his homes, much the way the bolder is included in this home, albeit not as thoughtfully done here, but a similar design composition none the less. Keep up the good work Ryan!

Growing up I always wanted to move to Colorado it’s a very beautiful state. But once I grew up and started getting into politics I couldn’t do it as much as I would have loved it. Too many laws and stuff I don’t agree with. Sucks so many places I grew up thinking it would be awesome to move to I learned wouldn’t be as awesome because of politics.

It actually looks similar to a house in North by Northwest w Cary Grant and I believe that was filmed in the 1950s. It looks like it would be very cold in there.
