I pulled one copy on each of her banners. Started from c0r1 and now I finally reached c2 and I am extremely satisfied. Although I was unlucky cos in total it cost me around 590 pulls to get here throughout those 3 banner runs lol.
This might be the cleanest genshin guide video channel. Clean edits, fast and straight forward advice unlike most channels that just talks a lot (Zyox). The only thing missing is a damage chart/table for each weapon.
While I can't recommend spending, I can recommend saving up and reaching her c2 (or even c3) eventually on her reruns if you really enjoy her. C2's a really noticeable damage and hydro application boost, c1 is also a convenience boost. I think once you have enough characters her cons are probably among the most valuable currently, especially since Hydro is such a useful element. On the other end, she is super cheap to build since Fav is literally all you need if you wanna stay c0 and Emblem you farm anyway, not to mention now it's strongboxable and hp% scalers are slightly easier to farm for.
I agree. I got yelan c2 and now i can clear abyss full 36 stars. I use to lack damage and wasnt able to get the last 3 stars due to time constraints but c2 definitely dropped my clear time. Better to invest in constellation if you cant completely clear abyss than trying to get more 5 stars
hey you forgot to mention that the Stringless bow is also another banger option for Yelan, but best at R5 wth 48% E skill and Burst damage bonus. With that, my Yelan does a 100K damage in one single Elemental skill. and it's veryyyy underrated
Very nice! Yeah I tend to stay away from that because of Fav being an option. Its just so universally good and the extra ER scaling with emblem helps damage output for sure. 100k and E is a beautiful thing though!

Great guide, I’ve been playing just under three months and guides like these help a ton. I have to sub characters time to time but that just needs more play time to fix. I had 20;rolls for her banner and got her on the last one.
OK I wanna know because I have yelan, and now that we know neuvillette skills, should I pull for him to play him with me yelan... I got yelan c1, and Im 60 pity guaranted on neuvillette... Or I can also pull for hu tao which I dont have but I still dont have a decent shielder... If you can answer me I will be happy ngl
So unfortunaly yelan and Nuevillette just arent compatible but they are both amazing for separate team comps. Nuevi is focused on charged attacks which wont work for yelans off field hydro application. Hu tao would be a great choice considering you most likely have xingqui as well for a solid double hydro comp but if you arent sure what to do its usually safe to save for an archon. Hope that helps!

I got her right after finishing the monsdadt archon quest on my f2p acount today wich wasnt even a garunteed and im so happy about it since i dont have her on my main account :D
A very solid point. I should of mentioned that. At c6 a lot changes for sure and 2pc 2pc option does become best. Lower ER for most people which diminishes 4 piece emblems value and focusing on personal damage is better. Also super Jealous of your C6! :)
had recently started playing during her banner, pulled c1 yelan both in my second ever tenpull and pulled her signature weapon on 15 pity (after pulling lyneys on 9 before it). I think my game really wanted me to begin building her early
I run Yelan with sac bow. The ER and skill cd removal is super op. Additionally 230% recharge. Shes a support for wanderer and deals 6k damage a second! Incredible Permafrost potentional with my main shielder Layla's burst.
I did not play for a year , if not longer ... So i logged in again today and deciced to wish on her banner just once and guess what ? I got her instantly LOL 😂

I never wanted yelan but I was pulling on the weapon banner for homa but I got aqua instead and I already got venti's bow like this before and I didn't know what to do with 2 5 star bows so I pulled yelan (cause I got her bow) and she hasn't left my team since I built her with 88cr and 190cd with 220 er and she is perfect so strong and easy to use I love her
I started genshin impact at half way running haitham's first banner--yes this year, I'm still new and at that time when soon Yelan's rerun banner, random people came and go just for hutao marketing (I'm sick of it, please pipol dont do that). But that super newbie me who still didnt know who to pull, scared of Hutao gameplay that consumes HP so much--because I have slow hand issue and low HP overthinking. I decided to pull Yelan at that time with my desperation of wanting a powerful character and got her in first 10 pull after haitham's rate off. And after I tried building her I am super glad I have her because even at her level 60 she helped me a lot. I usually double hydro her with Xingqiu.
Absolutly love the double hydro combo with him its such a powerhouse! Thank you for sharing and I am glad you got her early! Wait until you get her to 90 even better!
Just started about 2 weeks ago because GF wanted me to join in. Started pulling on Lyney day 1 since I haven't done my research at that time yet, got him on my second 10 pull. Then did my research properly and started pulling on Yelan since I won't want anyone on the upcoming banners (Zhongli too much of a comfrot pick, Child too expensive this early on) and wanted more copied of Bennett and Lynett hit gold under 80 pulls and won the 50/50 so I completed both banners with 3 days left on the clock (plus a 5* Bennett and 3* Lynette) :D

I lost 50 50 to QiQi, I got Yelan around 170. wish, I got 1 bennett ( I wanted C6 bennet, luckly even will give one so, I can get the important C1 ), 1 lynette, 1 Heizou and 9 fckin barbaras.... I nolifed the game in the last week to pull Yelan and I did get her at last, but boy was I unlucky.
Regarding team and skill rotation... isn't using their skills first, THEN using burst immediately after better to guarantee the party member to get the energy particles?
This is a great question. So it depends. A lot of characters can use their E first then burst and still catch all of the particles because the moment you cast your burst your energy goes to 0 allowing you to have enough time to catch the particles. Yelan is one of those so for her it can be either way. Some characters energy doesnt drop to 0 until the burst is completed so for them you always need to lead with burst. If you hands arent fast enough burst first is usually the safe option too. The easy way to tell is just try it. If you use their skill then burst and they are sitting at zero ER then you know you have to burst first. Also dont forget to read the skills because sometimes one buffs the other. A very good question you asked here and I hope that clears it up.
I got her and decided to go for her weapon too, i got her and both banner weapons AND my first skyward blade within 110 pulls with a double 5 star multi on the weapon banner. Id say my hyperbloom team is TOO cracked now(rip my xingqiu build tho, ill rebuild him later for the double hydro teams)
I think they should buff her A1, that was meant so you use her in a 4 elements team, but since they buffed Hydro Resonance, going Double Hydro actually gives more HP.
Oh Congrats!! Hey sure so I understand you are using her benny and Kaveh in one team? Who is your last slot? Also I would consider switching benny to your second line up to not throw off reactions here. Its a lot of elements in one team.
Hehehe, I lost 5050 during the wanderer's banner to Mona and I got Yelan at 81 pity. Her C1 was so useful and tried pulling again and got it at 6 pity. Casually started pulling for her weapon Aqua Simulacra and got it at 7 pity. And I'm having so much fun with her. 😌
Yup there are plenty of raiden teams that she can work in. Raiden Hyper bloom. Raiden national. Most places you can put Xingqui on your team will work for her as well!
Welllll it sounds like you wont be using a yoimiya team comp then haha. But for real, if you are looking for an exact alternative to that double hydro geo daddy line up, Hu Tao is top tier and Yanfei could be a pretty solid option. Hope that helps :)
She's my fav char, have her c1r1 and some day hopefully c6. The video was good the transitions were a nice touch, somrthing I'd add is that you should go for Aqua only after getting C1 since her er requirement would be too high without 2 skill cast per rotation, still she's AMAZING at c0 so you can save pulls for neuvillete/focalor.
Hey I got her C1 and I'm trying to get the Aqua, at the moment after 66 pulls I got Lyney's bow, should I keep pulling for the Aqua or try to get her C2?
Aqua is going to be a great addition and if you are up for another 50/50 chance and 1 into optimized path already I would say grab the bow now since at most you are going to pity twice for either banner.

@@martinsimone7259 i'd recommend saving primos for a different character, c1 yelan is already amazing as is! you can even run her on as low as 140% ER and she'd always have burst off cooldown! although if you want to keep pulling on the weapon banner then that's fine as well, it's a really good banner so it's definitely not a bad idea to pull for it
Does yelan's skill consume energy particles??? Plz tell me if it does, coz my Yelan consumes energy particles that are generated to fuel up her burst while running her skill. And plz tell me how to fix it 🥹🙏
Saved my guarenteed pjty for her after losing it on both her prior banners. Now theres 3 days left on the banner and I'm 27 pulls from pity on the weapon banner 🤣. She has elegy rn; but all my stats except ER are subpar. That damn iconic bow will literally fix all of them. Fingers crossed the rank 50 primos will be lucky
Nice build! More ER is always good. If it costs you a small crit damage loss but gives you a bit more rate and ER Id say that would be a big win for overall consistency and DPS.

Yup I gotcha. So heres the thing, The damage increase alone wouldnt be worth you adding more ER and losing Crit damage butttt if you were to add ER and Crit rate that would be a no brainer. At 50% rate its a bit light for regular crits. But if you are happy with your rate and the only question is ER over Crit damage in this scenario then dont change anything.@@Kayserjp
Okay so using Yelan instead of XQ changes the standard. Try this out. Start with bennett q, go to yelan and e-q(or q-e)... you should have hydro on the enemy, and when you swap to kazuha, he will have pyro on himself, so he swirls hydro off the enemy and pyro off himself, getting the double swirl. Use his e-q or q-e, either way is fine... and then go xiangling q-e, back to yelan on field Normal Attack as main DPS. Hope that helps!
I got super lucky with my Yelan pulls. Got Aqua at 12 pity. Won my 4th 50/50 in a row for her c1. I was thinking about going for her c2. I'm worried that c2 may be too much hydro for Alhaitham quickblooom.

So I just got back into Genshin with Fontaine, and I’m finding that I really don’t have a well set up account and my “functional teams r kinda struggling to deal with bosses. It seems like Yelan would be a game changer for me. Should I pull her if I can? I’m sitting on 4k primos tho kinda scared 😅😅😅thoughts? Also lowered my world lv to 7 because slightly easier life 💀I’m hesitant because I have xinque ( def spelled wrong) c6
it depends on your other characters/team compositions! yelan is a great pull even if you have c6 xingqiu, you can always just put xingqiu on one team and yelan on the other team and they'd preform amazingly
Love this! So I would go with Yoi as DPS and yelan for support. If you have Xingqui and benny or zhongli those 4 would make a great comp! Yoi with double hydro just has an amazing feel to it. Ganyu doesnt really normal attack so avoid using yelan with her.
@@trevitogaming I dont have thunder pulse for yoi so Im not using her yet. I also just got kazuha and freedom sworn so Im running a freeze team with ganyu and yelan for now. If I throw bennett in said team above, how does the elemental reaction work?
1:53 at this mom Yelan have with 2 Hydro and 2 another elemets more hp because of the Hydro buff and yes the Hydro buff is stronger than the 30% with the 2 another elemets and you have a Battery vor Yelan and the another Hydro Charackter in you team
Yup for sure. Hydro res makes double hydro and 2 diff elements more powerful for sure. Wish they would re work the skill cuz hydro res with an HP buff is more recent than yelan's release.
Is polar star better than the 4 star options if you have it because i was planning on just using that since i have no one using it or would favonius still be better even though i have no energy issues?
So I hate to say it but I still think fav offers more value. The higher ER will scale with 4 piece emblem and the value it gives your team is unreal. Polar stars 48% attack doesn't really help her so you would be using it mainly for the crit rate main state the 12% skill and burst damage buff. The utility of Fav outweighs it still. I think polar star can be great on a lot of people though!
I run her with hearth of depth 2x and mililith 2x, hp/atk/hp/hp/hp on artifacts and aqua simulacra, substats are pretty good , C6 and double crowned, skill gives 60K+ damage and burst all barbs min. 12K+damage I love her :D use her with yomiya , nahida and raiden

Calling Alhaithem "All Hot Men" was hilarious. Just got her C1 with R2 Aqua. She's going on my Nahida/Shinobu Hyperbloom team...as soon as i have the resources to level her. Focusing on leveling my C1 Lyney first tho.

Hey so yes, sac bow is an option. Overall I still recommend Fav for a few reasons. at C0 you are def going to be running 4 piece emblem and fav bow offers over 30 more energy then sac. Additionally Fav creates particles for your whole team. While sac does act like c1 and can work, it is not as good of an option, especially Fav is free!
Conflicted between giving her aqua or elegy for her weapon. Gonna be running her double hydro in a hu tao vape team and nahida/kuki hyperbloom with xingqui. Which would you recommend?
Hey! If you have Aqua, try with it. Xingqiu should be a battery for Yelan if you play both of them in the same team. It reduces the amount of ER Yelan needs. But you have to use Saq sword on Xingqiu. :)
imo, fav > elegy > aqua. but if you have c1 and can guarantee burst uptime for every rotation, aqua will give you more damage - but fav helps with energy for the whole team. so, test it out first to see if you can run a full rotation with everyone ready for the next rotation :> support for the whole team is much more appreciated especially if you end up using yelan outside of double hydro teams like quickbloom and hyperfridge! elegy is great in reaction teams and i would consider it as a high end upgrade over fav IF you can run your team's rotations without any problems with energy! this is just my opinion as i use c0 yelan on fav in all my teams, but if anyone disagrees, do give other recommendations ^^
This is a great question. In these scenarios I think elegy comes out on top. The massive personal ER Gain and 100 EM for your team will help with vapes and dendro reactions which would outweigh her personal damage from aqua.
I think as with everything its case by case. Fav is such an amazing over all weapon but imo it would be inferior here. Especially for a hu tao team who doesnt need the particle generation. The argument could def be made for a hyperbloom team as there certainly is value there but going double hydro closes that gap. I think the 100 EM from elegy is king for these two teams with Fav being certainly a close call for the hyperbloom team. Like you said though outside of double hydro and teams like hyperfridge Fav is a monster. Its so hard to say that one weapon is the best because there are so many factors.
I got lucky. I didn't get to pity as I'm ftp and was happy. She is insane. I just got her to 70, and hyperbloom is my favorite with her. I do like using keqing, but depending on where I'm fighting, like water, she also damages herself. I'm probably gonna build a team with alhaithim, and the next character is in the air as my healer is Barbra. I have others, just need to level them.
quick question yelan c1 with aqua is the best set still emblem or 2 set hod and 2 set tenacity? my stat with emblem set is 70 / 250 HP 30k ER 160, someone says if c1 dont need emblem set im bit confuse since emblem set in base on ER but my er is still low 160 with emblem, but since it c1 the rotation is smooth and the burst is always on
I still prefer 4piece Emblem at C0-C5, but if you have better stats (HP and crit ratio) from 2 HoD 2 Tenacity, it can be competitive. The 2 piece sets will be significantly better only at C6. Even with Yelan C1 you still need some ER (especially if you use Aqua and not Favonius), and the 4piece Emblem effect can convert all the ER into extra burst damage.
hi i dont have xinqui in my acc but i have yelan. so im using her on my kazuha national team, but im struggling with rotations what should my rotations be? thanks in advance
So actually her fit here is the same as his and the goal in the end is to swirl multiple elements. Standard rotation would be Benny Q, Yelan Q-E/E-Q, Kazuha Q-E, Xiangling Q. Hope that helps. Ideally you will swirl hydro and pyro in this rotation.

It can work for increased damage but the utility of Fav bow is just too strong for her kit to ignore. It certainly is a viable option though especially if your fav is taken elsewhere.
It is an option as it kind of acts like a c1 but Fav being free does outweigh the value for the higher ER and overall team assistance. But if your fav is being used elsewhere and you cant switch it out it is a viable option.

@@sulabhghimire250yoo, just to clarify, here are some differences between the weapons in question for yelan: Particle generation - white particles will not only benefit yelan, but it will benefit the entire team's energy gain, vs sacrificial that will only assist the hydro characters in the party.. - using sac has less energy regen than fav, meaning that to retain 100% burst uptime, it is mandatory for the user to burn both skills... if your sacrificial is not r5 and misses the proc, then yelan will be stuck with no burst for that rotation Rotation - - when using 2e's on yelan you need to consider the amount of time that yelan is spending onfield.. if you want to utilize all the particles, yelan will use her burst either before the 2 e's or in the middle of them, meaning that you will ALWAYS lose burst uptime from using sac to use this second skill. And if you use the burst after, it's the same as not using the sac, as the particles from the first e will have already been caught before the burst can be casted.. Damage output - the lessened er substat on sacrificial will diminish the burst damage when paired with the emblem set.. yes you get a second e, but more overall damage comes from a buffed burst than the 20k you will do from an ordinary skill.. Hope this helps! I know there's alot of micro information that cant be covered in guides.. but hopefully this will help you decide which option to us3 on her
Keqing's best team is still Aggravate with Nahida, Fischl, and Kazuha (Nahida can be replaced by Baizhu/Kirara/Yaoyao/DMC and Kazuha can be replaced by Sucrose), but you can replace Fischl or Kazuha with Yelan to play Hyperbloom.

OK I wanna know because I have yelan, and now that we know neuvillette skills, should I pull for him to play him with me yelan... I got yelan c1, and Im 60 pity guaranted on neuvillette... Or I can also pull for hu tao which I dont have but I still dont have a decent shielder... If you can answer me I will be happy ngl
Oh and btw if it was possible cause my best healer is actually jean I would keep my guaranted for furina cause we now know that she will be a healer
So unfortunaly yelan and Nuevillette just arent compatible but they are both amazing for separate team comps. Nuevi is focused on charged attacks which wont work for yelans off field hydro application. Hu tao would be a great choice considering you most likely have xingqui as well for a solid double hydro comp but if you arent sure what to do its usually safe to save for an archon. Hope that helps!

A very solid point. I should of mentioned that. At c6 a lot changes for sure and 2pc 2pc option does become best. Lower ER for most people which diminishes 4 piece emblems value and focusing on personal damage is better. Also super Jealous of your C6! :)

I run Yelan with sac bow. The ER and skill cd removal is super op. Additionally 230% recharge. Shes a support for wanderer and deals 6k damage a second! Incredible Permafrost potentional with my main shielder Layla's burst.

Trust me you need her. I never wanted yelan but I was pulling on the weapon banner for homa but I got aqua instead and I already got venti's bow like this before and I didn't know what to do with 2 5 star bows so I pulled yelan (cause I got her bow) and she hasn't left my team since I built her with 88cr and 190cd with 220 er and she is perfect so strong and easy to use I love her

I started genshin impact at half way running haitham's first banner--yes this year, I'm still new and at that time when soon Yelan's rerun banner, random people came and go just for hutao marketing (I'm sick of it, please pipol dont do that). But that super newbie me who still didnt know who to pull, scared of Hutao gameplay that consumes HP so much--because I have slow hand issue and low HP overthinking. I decided to pull Yelan at that time with my desperation of wanting a powerful character and got her in first 10 pull after haitham's rate off. And after I tried building her I am super glad I have her because even at her level 60 she helped me a lot. I usually double hydro her with Xingqiu.
Absolutly love the double hydro combo with him its such a powerhouse! Thank you for sharing and I am glad you got her early! Wait until you get her to 90 even better!

Just started about 2 weeks ago because GF wanted me to join in. Started pulling on Lyney day 1 since I haven't done my research at that time yet, got him on my second 10 pull. Then did my research properly and started pulling on Yelan since I won't want anyone on the upcoming banners (Zhongli too much of a comfrot pick, Child too expensive this early on) and wanted more copied of Bennett and Lynett hit gold under 80 pulls and won the 50/50 so I completed both banners with 3 days left on the clock (plus a 5* Bennett and 3* Lynette) :D

Oh good for you. I lost 50 50 to QiQi, I got Yelan around 170. wish, I got 1 bennett ( I wanted C6 bennet, luckly even will give one so, I can get the important C1 ), 1 lynette, 1 Heizou and 9 fckin barbaras.... I nolifed the game in the last week to pull Yelan and I did get her at last, but boy was I unlucky.
Regarding team and skill rotation... isn't using their skills first, THEN using burst immediately after better to guarantee the party member to get the energy particles?
This is a great question. So it depends. A lot of characters can use their E first then burst and still catch all of the particles because the moment you cast your burst your energy goes to 0 allowing you to have enough time to catch the particles. Yelan is one of those so for her it can be either way. Some characters energy doesnt drop to 0 until the burst is completed so for them you always need to lead with burst. If you hands arent fast enough burst first is usually the safe option too. The easy way to tell is just try it. If you use their skill then burst and they are sitting at zero ER then you know you have to burst first. Also dont forget to read the skills because sometimes one buffs the other. A very good question you asked here and I hope that clears it up.

I got her and decided to go for her weapon too, i got her and both banner weapons AND my first skyward blade within 110 pulls with a double 5 star multi on the weapon banner. Id say my hyperbloom team is TOO cracked now(rip my xingqiu build tho, ill rebuild him later for the double hydro teams)

I think they should buff her A1, that was meant so you use her in a 4 elements team, but since they buffed Hydro Resonance, going Double Hydro actually gives more HP.

Hehehe, I lost 5050 during the wanderer's banner to Mona and I got Yelan at 81 pity. Her C1 was so useful and tried pulling again and got it at 6 pity. Casually started pulling for her weapon Aqua Simulacra and got it at 7 pity. And I'm having so much fun with her. 😌

Yup there are plenty of raiden teams that she can work in. Raiden Hyper bloom. Raiden national. Most places you can put Xingqui on your team will work for her as well!

Welllll it sounds like you wont be using a yoimiya team comp then haha. But for real, if you are looking for an exact alternative to that double hydro geo daddy line up, Hu Tao is top tier and Yanfei could be a pretty solid option. Hope that helps :)
How do you manage to use Skill 2x in a row with C1 time 6:34? I have C1 Yelan and can only use Skill once then wait for the cooldown to use the 2nd
Hmm it really shouldnt be like that. If that continues I would put a ticket in. If you have c1 you should be able to use both back to back!
She's my fav char, have her c1r1 and some day hopefully c6. The video was good the transitions were a nice touch, somrthing I'd add is that you should go for Aqua only after getting C1 since her er requirement would be too high without 2 skill cast per rotation, still she's AMAZING at c0 so you can save pulls for neuvillete/focalor.

Aqua is going to be a great addition and if you are up for another 50/50 chance and 1 into optimized path already I would say grab the bow now since at most you are going to pity twice for either banner.

@@martinsimone7259 i'd recommend saving primos for a different character, c1 yelan is already amazing as is! you can even run her on as low as 140% ER and she'd always have burst off cooldown! although if you want to keep pulling on the weapon banner then that's fine as well, it's a really good banner so it's definitely not a bad idea to pull for it

Nice build! More ER is always good. If it costs you a small crit damage loss but gives you a bit more rate and ER Id say that would be a big win for overall consistency and DPS.

Yup I gotcha. So heres the thing, The damage increase alone wouldnt be worth you adding more ER and losing Crit damage butttt if you were to add ER and Crit rate that would be a no brainer. At 50% rate its a bit light for regular crits. But if you are happy with your rate and the only question is ER over Crit damage in this scenario then dont change anything.@@Kayserjp

Okay so using Yelan instead of XQ changes the standard. Try this out. Start with bennett q, go to yelan and e-q(or q-e)... you should have hydro on the enemy, and when you swap to kazuha, he will have pyro on himself, so he swirls hydro off the enemy and pyro off himself, getting the double swirl. Use his e-q or q-e, either way is fine... and then go xiangling q-e, back to yelan on field Normal Attack as main DPS. Hope that helps!

I got super lucky with my Yelan pulls. Got Aqua at 12 pity. Won my 4th 50/50 in a row for her c1. I was thinking about going for her c2. I'm worried that c2 may be too much hydro for Alhaitham quickblooom.

It seems like Yelan would be a game changer for me. Should I pull her if I can? I’m sitting on 4k primos tho kinda scared 😅😅😅thoughts? Also lowered my world lv to 7 because slightly easier life 💀I’m hesitant because I have xinque ( def spelled wrong) c6
it depends on your other characters/team compositions! yelan is a great pull even if you have c6 xingqiu, you can always just put xingqiu on one team and yelan on the other team and they'd preform amazingly
can you recommend a bow only team? I have ganyu, yoimiya and yelan, which one should i use as main dps?
Love this! So I would go with Yoi as DPS and yelan for support. If you have Xingqui and benny or zhongli those 4 would make a great comp! Yoi with double hydro just has an amazing feel to it. Ganyu doesnt really normal attack so avoid using yelan with her.

r3 fav not even close. Also if you are c0 yelan you dont want her weap yet. It steps up a lot at c1! But she will return such an amazing character!!

Yup for sure. Hydro res makes double hydro and 2 diff elements more powerful for sure. Wish they would re work the skill cuz hydro res with an HP buff is more recent than yelan's release.
Is polar star better than the 4 star options if you have it because i was planning on just using that since i have no one using it or would favonius still be better even though i have no energy issues?
So I hate to say it but I still think fav offers more value. The higher ER will scale with 4 piece emblem and the value it gives your team is unreal. Polar stars 48% attack doesn't really help her so you would be using it mainly for the crit rate main state the 12% skill and burst damage buff. The utility of Fav outweighs it still. I think polar star can be great on a lot of people though!
I run her with hearth of depth 2x and mililith 2x, hp/atk/hp/hp/hp on artifacts and aqua simulacra, substats are pretty good , C6 and double crowned, skill gives 60K+ damage and burst all barbs min. 12K+damage I love her :D use her with yomiya , nahida and raiden

Hey so yes, sac bow is an option. Overall I still recommend Fav for a few reasons. at C0 you are def going to be running 4 piece emblem and fav bow offers over 30 more energy then sac. Additionally Fav creates particles for your whole team. While sac does act like c1 and can work, it is not as good of an option, especially Fav is free!
She's my 3rd 5* (1st kokomi 2nd dehya) i pulled for her today with 22k primo lost all my 50/50 and still was able to c1 her :,-)

Conflicted between giving her aqua or elegy for her weapon. Gonna be running her double hydro in a hu tao vape team and nahida/kuki hyperbloom with xingqui. Which would you recommend?
Hey! If you have Aqua, try with it. Xingqiu should be a battery for Yelan if you play both of them in the same team. It reduces the amount of ER Yelan needs. But you have to use Saq sword on Xingqiu. :)
imo, fav > elegy > aqua. but if you have c1 and can guarantee burst uptime for every rotation, aqua will give you more damage - but fav helps with energy for the whole team. so, test it out first to see if you can run a full rotation with everyone ready for the next rotation :> support for the whole team is much more appreciated especially if you end up using yelan outside of double hydro teams like quickbloom and hyperfridge! elegy is great in reaction teams and i would consider it as a high end upgrade over fav IF you can run your team's rotations without any problems with energy! this is just my opinion as i use c0 yelan on fav in all my teams, but if anyone disagrees, do give other recommendations ^^
This is a great question. In these scenarios I think elegy comes out on top. The massive personal ER Gain and 100 EM for your team will help with vapes and dendro reactions which would outweigh her personal damage from aqua.

I think as with everything its case by case. Fav is such an amazing over all weapon but imo it would be inferior here. Especially for a hu tao team who doesnt need the particle generation. The argument could def be made for a hyperbloom team as there certainly is value there but going double hydro closes that gap. I think the 100 EM from elegy is king for these two teams with Fav being certainly a close call for the hyperbloom team. Like you said though outside of double hydro and teams like hyperfridge Fav is a monster. Its so hard to say that one weapon is the best because there are so many factors.

You can def play as a sub dps just make sure you are quickly firing off your 5 Break Barbs to get the max effect! :)

Hey yes you do. Crit stats are based on her as she is the character that casts the ability your on field is just triggering it.

I got lucky. I didn't get to pity as I'm ftp and was happy. She is insane. I just got her to 70, and hyperbloom is my favorite with her. I do like using keqing, but depending on where I'm fighting, like water, she also damages herself. I'm probably gonna build a team with alhaithim, and the next character is in the air as my healer is Barbra. I have others, just need to level them.

quick question yelan c1 with aqua is the best set still emblem or 2 set hod and 2 set tenacity? my stat with emblem set is 70 / 250 HP 30k ER 160, someone says if c1 dont need emblem set im bit confuse since emblem set in base on ER but my er is still low 160 with emblem, but since it c1 the rotation is smooth and the burst is always on
I still prefer 4piece Emblem at C0-C5, but if you have better stats (HP and crit ratio) from 2 HoD 2 Tenacity, it can be competitive. The 2 piece sets will be significantly better only at C6. Even with Yelan C1 you still need some ER (especially if you use Aqua and not Favonius), and the 4piece Emblem effect can convert all the ER into extra burst damage.
Emblem is def best until c6. At c6 2 piece 2 piece. 160 should still be okay. Its one of the reasons why c1 is a nice jump for her!
Got mona at 53 pity. I was a lil sad and i killed all my 5* characters rolling down from a tall mountain. Then at 21 pity got madam armpit 😎

hi i dont have xinqui in my acc but i have yelan. so im using her on my kazuha national team, but im struggling with rotations what should my rotations be? thanks in advance
So actually her fit here is the same as his and the goal in the end is to swirl multiple elements. Standard rotation would be Benny Q, Yelan Q-E/E-Q, Kazuha Q-E, Xiangling Q. Hope that helps. Ideally you will swirl hydro and pyro in this rotation.

It can work for increased damage but the utility of Fav bow is just too strong for her kit to ignore. It certainly is a viable option though especially if your fav is taken elsewhere.
So, how viable is sacrificial bow? For yelan?
It is an option as it kind of acts like a c1 but Fav being free does outweigh the value for the higher ER and overall team assistance. But if your fav is being used elsewhere and you cant switch it out it is a viable option.

Damn I realize I didn't explain right with my first response. So The main difference is the massive amount more ER and damage scaling for a 4 piece emblem. The team wide spread of particles is a nice bonus too. With that being said sac will suit for her personal needs and if you aren't running 4 piece emblem then its perfectly fine for sure.@@sulabhghimire250
@@sulabhghimire250yoo, just to clarify, here are some differences between the weapons in question for yelan:
Particle generation - white particles will not only benefit yelan, but it will benefit the entire team's energy gain, vs sacrificial that will only assist the hydro characters in the party..
- using sac has less energy regen than fav, meaning that to retain 100% burst uptime, it is mandatory for the user to burn both skills... if your sacrificial is not r5 and misses the proc, then yelan will be stuck with no burst for that rotation
Rotation -
- when using 2e's on yelan you need to consider the amount of time that yelan is spending onfield.. if you want to utilize all the particles, yelan will use her burst either before the 2 e's or in the middle of them, meaning that you will ALWAYS lose burst uptime from using sac to use this second skill. And if you use the burst after, it's the same as not using the sac, as the particles from the first e will have already been caught before the burst can be casted..
Damage output - the lessened er substat on sacrificial will diminish the burst damage when paired with the emblem set.. yes you get a second e, but more overall damage comes from a buffed burst than the 20k you will do from an ordinary skill..

I got her but I don't have any characters you mention on the teams section can i still use her with keqing?
Keqing's best team is still Aggravate with Nahida, Fischl, and Kazuha (Nahida can be replaced by Baizhu/Kirara/Yaoyao/DMC and Kazuha can be replaced by Sucrose), but you can replace Fischl or Kazuha with Yelan to play Hyperbloom.
You can but its not as ideal. There are a lot of varients for the teams I said so if you dont have the specific unit it can still be okay. If you want come by my twitch at twitch.tv/trevitogaming I do account reviews every wednesday and would be happy to look for you!
