I want to play Keqing, Cyno - they both want Fischl. She grabs me by the throat. I pull on Standard for her. I cook for her. I give her the Stringless. She isn't satisfied. I pull Aqua Simulacra. "I don't need this off-fielder ass passive" She tells me. "Give me more field time." She grabs Nahida and forces her to throw herself off enemies. "You just need to... I don't know, I have no problems, the point is: I can deal more damage with Polar Star." I can't pull Polar Star, I don't have enough primogems. She grabs my credit card. It declines. "Guess this is the end." She grabs Oz. She says "By royal decree." There is no hint of sadness in her eyes. Nothing but pure, 44% of Keqing Aggravate's team damage. What a cruel world.

We really asked for Dehya buff and Hoyo was like "you said Fischl?"
Hoyo doesn’t want to fix their mess unless it is related to China
Xiangling also get buffed again with the introduction of new BP weapons. Fjords at R5 is stronger than any R1 5-star polearms in Rational (Overload + Vaporize), including Homa.

@@Sakuta3220 Everyone says R5 The Catch is best, but after using my R1 Skyward Spine with Raiden I never see a point. how are the weapons I use rarely recommended? another example is the R5 Snow-Tombed Starsilver I have on Eula but no one recommends it on her.
Fischl’s A4 passive is so good, nowadays 4 star passives are just fixes to problems the characters have 🙃
I wish her A1 were something more like an actual passive instead of this inconvenient / impractical charged attack mechanic thing though

They made her A4 good because her A1 is useless.

Probably not for that set alone if they already have a perfect 2pc pair set. But it'll be a good extra reward if they farm for the other set in the domain (that set seems pretty suitable so far for the current 5 star Fontaine characters).

Fischl reminds me of Xiangling in that no matter what Hoyo does, they keep incidentally buffing them. Fischl and Xiangling just want to be used.
A mediocre character like Fischl obviously needs such a buff. They kinda did something in 1.6 and 2.1. The release of Dendro is a nice quality of life improvement but no where near enough, a step in the right direction though, have to give them that. Now this new artifact set may finally make Fischl competitive with super meta Dori and Dehya. Still looking forward for her next, very needed, very essential buff.

Just putting a reminder to people; Spread does not count as an Electro Reaction for Fischl’s A4. It’s counted as a Dendro reaction. So you will be losing a lot of damage from Fischl in your Spread teams as compared to an Aggravate team.
If I pair her with Sub Yae with Main DPS Tighnari, will Yae trigger A4 of Fischl?

While that is true don't feel disheartened from using fischl with spread alhaithem for example as she still does the job with meaningful damage and plenty of application and energy (no need to build other characters if u already have fischl )
No because only the on field character can trigger Fischl's A4. If Yae is also off field, which to be fair won't be all the time, but majority of the time, then she won't trigger Fischl either @@azralia4265
In an Alhaitham spread team, Fischl still accounts for 20-30% of the team damage. 15-20k dps, without VV, without buff, without constant A4 proc.

Displaying her mastery over both fire and polearms, Xiangling sends a Pyronado whirling around her. This elemental burst has the following effects: Xiangling will deal a total of 3 hits of damage on enemies in front of her before summoning the Pyronado.

Fischl has been an incredible 4 star character since the beginning and has only become better with time. She's pretty much part of every team I played, a team without her just doesn't feel as good to me.
I swear every update they unintentionally buff the og 4 stars with new weapons or artifacts its crazy

Fischl was my first ever 4 star, and I quickly fell in love with both her playstyle and personality. Her backstory is one I relate to on an emotional level, and she’ll always have a special place in my heart ❤ her being OP is just an added bonus for me ;3 I’ll never regret the time and investment I’ve put into my queen 🥰😚

I think the only little thing of note missing here is that Electro or at least Fischl in particular doesn't snapshot EM or ESkill Damage. So, the EM share from Nahida's Burst only applies to the active character, meaning Fischl won't snapshot the 250 EM and will lose it once she leaves the field. And staying on field means losing 25% from 4pc GT after 2s.
If Fischl, or Electro in general could snapshot EM for Aggravate at least, like Xiangling's Pyronado does for Melt and Vape, that'd be nice. Would be even nicer if Fischl's A4 had no cooldown, but it can in fact only proc once every 0.5s for balance reasons. That cap exists to keep Fischl on linear AoE scaling for her A4(and it does have a little AoE to it so it can hit multiple enemies if they're close enough), kinda like with Kaeya's Burst. Without that restriction, Fischl could literally start doing quadratic scaling infinite Aggravate loops with her A4 activating off itself when she's on field, since her A4 just says the active character triggering Electro Reactions, which includes Fischl herself. That would be highly illegal.
Fischl is still able to drive her own A4 to a certain degree, but obviously her on field spamming NAs with Oz stuck to his ICD(every 5 hits iirc, plus no ICD on initial cast/summon and on the last hit before he leaves) even with her C6 ultimately works out with it being better if you had someone with faster procs like Keqing or even Yae to drive Fischl's reactions.
All that said, I still think Fischl could use some more buffs on top of Dendro and 4pc GT and soon she might be a playable tier character on par with the likes of Xinyan and Amber who are seemingly so good they basically never get any new worthwhile weapons or artifact sets. Oh wait.

Fischl will always have a spetial place in my heart. She was my first good character. She carried me all early and mid game until I had Hu Tao. She smiled at me when I did not longer needed her, understanding that her time in my team comp was ending. She is a physical damager DPS, bc I had the bow and I liked her on field. The damage was pretty good and it was fun with xianling. But... its time to make her justice (fontaine pun, get it?). Its time to build her like the princess she always was! but first Thoma. I realise today after months of not playig that I had him C6 XD. No rush.

I played Fischl on my 2nd account and luckily pulled Baizhu and Xingqiu in the previous banner and the three of them are so good and strong together that even at lower level and AR, they manage to clear every open world enemies . I appreciate Fischl more now because I didn't play her in my main account. Looking forward to AR50 and farming for her ❤

Fischl always appeared on the banners I had to skip, c1 fischl carried me straight to AR 55, been c5 forever, this time I need Neuvillette and C1 Hutao, finally I can get the final constellation and use her again with Yae, Ayato or Alhaitham.

Fischl was one of the first characters I ever pulled back in the game's launch and I literally never stopped using her. My main team has been Fischl + Xiangling for as long as I can remember. They outdamage every 5* I pull. Fischl is love. Fischl is life.

😂4.0 was great to her, though. I calculated that with my first viable Golden Troupe set I was getting an increase of about 100,000 damage from Oz in one rotation in an Aggravate team compared to my previous Gilden Dreams set. I compared Stringless and Alley Hunter too and I found that, surprisingly, Alley Hunter was stronger even though I was using an ATK% sands in a dendro team. (R5 each specifically, currently only at R4 on my Alley Hunter 😢) I guess it comes down to your specific builds. My Miko is still stronger, but with every new Fischl set released it becomes harder and harder to justify the ENORMOUS field time she needs. Maybe if I get Kagura's Verity for her some day 😅
That's why Genshin is so good. Whereas in other games the oldest characters would generally be irrelevant - especially those of lower rarity, Genshin keeps them fresh and relevant.

Kokomi Taser is very fun and strong, one of her best teams, you cant die and you do ton of damage. i recommend using it for people who might want to use Xingqiu in other teams, and Kokomi Skill can proc even more electro charged reaction since it does AOE damage.

Kokomi Taser is one of my favorite teams! I run it with Yelan and Kazuha since Yelan and Kokomi's burst windows line up very well
Kokomi with fischl anemo and who else? Beidou is the only 4 star I don't have so besides her
@@Sable813 Zhongli for shield or Xingqiu for the hydro bonus, another electro such as kuki/lisa, or you could run a cryo to freeze the mobs, basicly use a unit to increase your damage or the damage interruption. Kokomi being the core she can basicly work with anything.

One of my 'for fun' builds include Fischl with Yanfei, Lisa, and Sucrose for lots of overloads. Normally, overload is a pain in the ass to deal with because it causes enemies to spread apart with each blast, but not with Sucrose around. They stay clumped together, get blown apart, then get sucked back in.

I still remember the day i first time build fischl for my razor putting her on 4totm + elegy with dogshit stat just for 40% atk buff and now she get aqua with 4pc gd (i didn't have good new 4pc set yet) rocking around 80/200 crit dealing 50k on summon

My younger brother started playing recently and pulled her off banner, so I’ve been kinda walking him through how she works and what teams he can make with her, but the more I helped him build her the more I felt like I should start building mine (C6 but level 50 😅)
You should build her! PLEASE! She’s a great electro applicator and is pretty flexible in teams that need a off-field electro character, as said in the video.
I really appreciate that Fischl Guide but I wonder if I should build her (C0), Kuki (C1) or Lisa (C1) for my Hyperbloom Team Consisting of Nahida (C0), Xingqiu (C6) and Zhongli (C0). I really love your videos, thanks for the reply in advance :)
For hyperbloom go Kuki, but eventually you want to build both!
Fischl wont trigger your Hyperblooms and Lisa barely will, even if you play her on field. Not to mention that triggering from off field allows you to get a lot more bloom seeds because you can on field nahida. Raiden and Kuki are the absolute best hyperbloom triggers. Fischls A4 passive doesnt work either in those teams so she doesnt deal nearly as much damage as in aggravate. Kuki is a more defensive option than Raiden, so if youre playing Zhongli you can use Raiden if you have her, but they basically barely differ. And Kuki being a healer doesnt mean shes lower damage than any of the other electros in Hperbloom, just sligtly lower than raiden generally.
kuki has trash design, build fischl
Fischl has some problems hitting blooms, which is why she is usually with another electro character, especially Cyno who can more easily restore his burst. Using Zhongli and Kuki in the same team is kind of an overkill, but I think you can kinda use both Kuki and Fischl together
I dont think I need more healing but if you say Kuki deals more damage because Fischl can't trigger Hyperblooms (Why can't she exactly? ^^'), I guess I build Kuki. Thanks for your answers, more opinions are welcome :D
I got a couple of these artefacts from the abyss and immediately thought of how good it would be on the fish. she's like the only character who primarily does skill damage offfield. everyone else is burst
I currently play Fischl as my main physical dps but I considered making her a electro support so I can try some other teams.
Fishl and Xiangling will always be the strongest characters in all of genshin impact. Yes, a Chef and a Chunnibyou will always be stronger than literal Gods.

Just so you know, at C6 Fischl as a solo electro in overvape and overload is MUCH more preferable with Yoimiya than the Fischl + Beidou combo, both in aoe and single target. Bennett is a much better 4th slot in the team

anemo flex is also pretty good for double swirl potential
But u can still do yoi/ben/fischl/beidou if you want pure ovl (although i prefer vape)
& fischl beidou xingqiu with any character will always be good so... yeah 👍
@@Zy0x if you're good enough and can go without a healer, Yoi/Kaz/Fischl/Yelan is pretty good in aoe since you triple swirl + have a lot of overloads and ECs + can abuse fall damage against any enemies that can fly (mirror maidens or serpent knights)
Fischl and Xiangling are the reason overload has to remain a shit reaction so we don't want to put them on the same team, two crazy girls, with magical pets, getting stronger patch after patch just because life happens
Overload alone is shit, but if you add a hydro unit you get overvape, another anemo and it turns into soup.

My current newest favorite team is Fischl, Baizhu, Kazuha and Lynette. Never endings aggravate/quicken and thunder. I never worry about energy since Kazu and Fischl Constantly give energy.
That’s actually one of Lynette best teams. Double anemo aggravate.

I envy people who got a good set of Golden Troupe for her. I literally got two full sets of Marechaussee Hunter, 5*, for my Lyney AND Neuvillette (whom I have guaranteed) and can't get my Fischl a single GOOD Golden Troupe piece. The rate for me is very uneven.
And I almost have 2 good golden troupe set but no hunter one😭 really need that for my Nevillete (also guaranteed)

I use tenacity fishl for 100% tenacity 4 piece uptime.

Switched her to the set a while back when it appeared on game8. Works really well with hydro or pyro characters to the reactions.
being using fischl since i got her from 2 yrs and with this new artif she is cracked when you're on co-op you can use her with this one 2 piece and another thundering fury. and when you can use 2 charac on co-op or when you're alone just use this full set

I have her on Gilded Dreams with Elemental Mastery and Stringless C2. I am now not locked to any single carry. Thundering Fury works really well on her too.
