🤔 ToCA2 Touring Car Challenge for NTSC-U was a great driving physics and damage simulator. I don't know the name given to PAL release. It also had great cockpit/driver's view with working rearview and side mirrors, various degrees of broken windows as well as look left/right from in the cockpit. Also, for NTSC-U, it had Serial I/O system link between two PS1s for 2 to 4 players total.

✏️📌👍 Good list. For NTSC-U players, Colin McRae Rally 2.0 is best played from emulating the PAL territory version because stage times can be faster on PAL. NTSC-U was not optimized when localized from PAL developers. (see TH-cam side by side comparison of NTSC-U versus PAL Colin McRae Rally 2.0 to see the stage timing differences among minor color and aspect ratio anomolies for NTSC-U)
@@That_Handle Of pal vs ntsc video you talked about, it's fake made by some stupid person who don't know how cabels works. The only advantage of pal version is Nicky Grist's voice, but it's anyway don't cost 25 fps gameplay
