      +GymRa, There are many components to books on yoga booty exercises . One resource I found that successfully combines these is the Yanas Yoga Results (check it out on google) definately the most helpful resource i've heard of. look at all the super information .

    Love this but what if you don't want to lose weight and just want the stronger and bigger glutes? Should I skip some of the abs? I need core strength but get heat rash from sweaty workouts and found that this got a little sweaty!

      But I do love the reminders about quad dominance! Also, do we need to warm up before this? I don't think you usually do for yoga

    I enjoyed it, except the missing transition between 21:46 to 21:47, she moves from the front of the mat to the center of the mat facing the camera in a totally different position.

      So glad you enjoyed it! You're not missing anything - the previous pose is over and there's a slight pause before moving on to the next move. Not seeing her situate herself into the next move may have been confusing. Sorry about that!
