      It’s about constantly recreating!

    • @jonc7330
      @jonc7330 ปีที่แล้ว

      The old Elliot was a nicer man....yes the new version earns more money....but its always the same...they become more cynical and greedy and justify it to them selves as "recreation" or they moved up to the 1%...well its true that its like night and day the transformation, but I challenge People to judge. I mean who would you rather be arround a human beeing that tries to help you or someone who thinks the way Elliot does now. Now in 2023 Andy is actualy using "salestraining" to recruit young "broken" men who will just follow order and make him a lot of money just by using these "puppets". There is a reason why he calls it an arme, think about it. Soldiers follow orders and his soldiers will do aaaanything yo close a deal, from fear and from adoption for the Army leader...Andy. I am writing about manipulation as a psychologist, and Elliot group are the best at this in my opinion. Almost all his youtube shorts are about dealing with objections before you come with them, in order to sell courses and to recruit the "1 %" that blindly follow orders. You can always see the difference in Peoples faces when they get greedy and powerfull. In my opinion Andy Elliot didn't recreate...he just found out wich kind of person he needs ti portai and how to brand him self, despite using methods that exploit. This is just my opinion. And yes cinicism, energy and msnipulation sells...and i wilI give him that...thats what he mastered. I worked in sales for a long time before i studied psychology. Research for your selves. Anyway have a nice day....and remember i dont have anything personal against Andy, I am just analysing the methods based on my knowledge...I could be wrong 😄😉

    Get pre-financed, e-mail 10 or more dealerships, in the same e-mail. State you have a check in hand, you're willing to offer x amount for x car, to please call you back if they accept your offer. Do not, and I mean, do not talk payment or APR with them. Talk about % and payments with your bank. Preferably a credit union. You'll be in complete control the whole way.

    • @2old4allthis
      @2old4allthis 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Ricardo 78 I did that in 2008 with eight Honda dealerships, including the local dealer. Friends, some of them Honda owners, tried to condescendingly explain that I was naive and that it was pointless because Honda wouldn’t haggle on Pilots. Ignoring those that didn’t want to think that they’d overpaid, I basically told the dealerships the vehicle details, that I wouldn’t haggle with the dealer who offered the best price, and that I was paying cash. They all knew that multiple dealerships were getting this info. The first to respond (250 miles away) was $5800 below MSRP. The offer came directly from Alan, the sales manager. Several other dealerships replied, some didn’t respond at all, and one called several times (the actual owner of that dealership) and couldn’t/wouldn’t get closer than within $1500, but had said he’d throw in mud guards and other add-ons worth close to $400 retail (not that I’d ever pay that). The local dealer literally laughed and said they couldn’t get within $3000 of the offer. Several of them warned me that there was no doubt I was getting conned in some form or fashion - that good of a deal simply wasn’t possible. I decided to let the low bidder know what the other dealer was willing to offer, and he matched that (yeah, guess I haggled just a little). I saved over $6000. On a Honda Pilot. Minimal hassle with the F&I guy.
      My favorite moment? When my buddy and I pulled in and parked at the dealership, there were 8-10 sharks . . . err, sales people standing outside on the wide ramp that led up to the showroom, ready to strike . . . I mean, help us. As we approached, I could imagine the bloodthirstiness . . . I mean, fervor with which they watched us. The lead shark . . . oops, sales professional, asked very enthusiastically and professionally: “Can we help you today?”. The remoras . . . I mean, the house occupants by whose rules I’m supposed to be playing, listened attentively. I asked “Where’s Alan’s office? I have an appointment with him.” The slumping of the shoulders under their starched shirts was almost audible. As he pointed the way, his despondent tone and the lowered volume of his voice let me know that I had come to his house and played by MY rules.
      Lesson: There’s absolutely nothing that a local dealership can offer me that’s worth paying $3000 extra for a vehicle. Also, the ‘house rules’ suck.

    And Sir the national average for someone to clean a car at the local car wash is approximately $10 to $20 dollars and the the gas / time to go. Here we do things different, now you know to get one detailed is to make it brand new, which on the average of $75 to $150 per vehicle : no dirt or grim that those local vacs can’t get. I’ll do you even better we have certified detailers on hand who are cleaning your vehicle right now. Should be done in just a few… Mr. customer sign right here so you can enjoy this beautiful day

    Buyers are looking for a salesman to sell them, price is not the reason they haven't bought at the other dealerships they visited before you, remember people buy people, and not price , price becomes less of an issue, when your client is sold on you , when you made it such a pleasant experience , then Mr/ Mis client will not be talking price as much , they will buy , your close will go much smoother and eventually your commission will be higher .

    The flaw in the logic is the maintenance. I haven't spent 1200 to fix My 17 year old car. Most of us maintain our cars and take care of them. Tires is the biggest expense every 2 years give or take and that's not under warranty. In fact there is tons of stuff that isn't under warranty even in a new car.

    So my problem with this is I do exactly what he is saying with gas savings or maybe our car is cpo and they are comparing it to a non-cpo and write all those type of numbers on the back of the sheet presenting the argument and it goes in one ear and out the other. Either the way I am explaining it isn’t good or people are just genuinely unintelligent. “I still need to think about it.” Or “I still want to be at $400/mo.” It’s so frustrating!

    could you run through similar situation but with USED vehicles that have only a limited amount of warranty or NO warranty remaining. A lot of this process is leaning on the 5 year warranty and peace of mind. But lets pretend a customer is interested in USED and does not want to purchase extended warranty. how would you spin it? i understand if they purchase a warranty it will the exact same steps.

    Ridiculous. So many things are disingenous about this "justification". First, $35 is not half of $75. that's a 12.50 / month difference. But what's silly about this pitch is that is that the gas price is a guess, the increased car payment is a commitment. Same game with the warranty. Who knows what will happen in the future. Maybe you have a great car that *won't" breakdown. Averages are just that, so will you COMMIT your end to this estimated "savings"? Doubtful!
