Thanks a lot Andy, I’ve been in car sales since past a decade and still was struggling with objections. Your training’s are helping me and my team a lot We are just mind-blown by how you handle the objections we have been struggling with. Love from India🙏🏼
what brand? i did this close and the person walked away, obviously i didn't do it as smooth as elliot. i have to keep practicing thankful she came back the next day and bought. my manager stopped talking to me for the rest of the shift after she left the first time. the next day he still didnt say anything to me. thankful she loved the car!!! i think i gotta change dealers.
I needed to see this today. I opened a car lot this year. Never been a dealer before. Never been a car salesman either. Just always wanted to be a dealer. I have a floorplan. Financing. But I’m not a salesperson and I’ve struggle to get traction in my market. Gonna try to absorb all of this content.
This is huge free training right here! As an experienced salesperson, the other thing you need to master with these word tracks is tonality. Uncover the customer’s pain, use appropriate tonality with the right word tracks that helps the customer relive their pain, and more often than not, the customer closes themselves 😉
I totally agree they buy from either pain or pleasure… I think what’s needed is someone to get on there level and take all the fear away, make them feel great about the deal.. the experience.. the person in front of them( Salesman) and viola!! Done deal!! I’ve learned so much from Andy’s Stuff.. I’m in Remodeling/ Home Improvement industry and I’m trying to bring these teachings to this side of the tracks. Bro most of the older folks I learned the trades from had no idea about sales!!
Yes, I noticed most salespeople lack empathy as well😞 Even if you don’t 100% care.. at least fake it and give them some type of support. Father died and they’re selling their car? Apologize, tell them that you’re so sorry for them and that you understand this is a hard process. Hopefully you can make their life a little easier.
@9:10 up until @9:40 he flipped a switch, and everyone missed it... his word tracks are on point. He went from Darrell saying they were completely different to switching him to say... they are similar... without stopping, shook his hand... to catch everyone off guard... it was the unexpected hand shake... so it doesn't look like he missed a beat, and everyone went with it... epic asf... glad I caught that... dont lose confidence if you make a mistake or have not done your job right. We are there to learn and adapt from our mistakes. 💯💯💯
I start on Monday at a volume car dealership, first time selling cars and I’m in my 40’s. I’ve been watching your videos after my hiring finance manager told me to check you out and your tools are invaluable. I already started practicing and taking notes
2 weeks in and struggling with objections, never struggled with fumbling words or witty responses until taking this job. Trying to figure out how to break past that. New to the videos 🤙🏻
I love this training been selling cars for a year and a half now when I started I watched all your videos I still do they helped me a lot through my journey all I can say is to the outsiders that are looking to get in the biz it doesn't always go like this probably about 50% of the time it's great knowledge to know tho, the car biz is a fun game you get so many hits a day and if your lucky you close 1 or 2.. Just another day in the office😁😁
Then you are missing the point. That’s like saying boxing training is not realistic because the bag don’t hit back and you can’t knock it out. Andy here is the heavy bag - swinging constantly and immovable. That’s what it’s all about. Give it another watch fam!

I wonder if women can do this?

The best closer of all time cant wait to buy your training course next month
Don't buy it. Look up his background he is a scam artist all of his stories are lies
Andy, you're an absolute legend. Thank you for putting all this out there for free.
😆 🤣 😂 he's a scam artist and loan shark go look up when he worked for red kia.

Daryl did good. Andy is just always going to say “no I need to think about it” so it’s impossible to close him. Not realistic

He’s paid to sell his script and training of course everything else is wrong, but these folks don’t have 100 mill company so he has some points
