Sliced thin layers of salmon (S+P)and top that on this basic recipe Sauté spinach, chopped onion, minced garlic and put a tablespoon of the mixture on top of the salmon, sprinkle with greyer cheese. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. My husband is a retired executive chef. Takes 15 minutes to do the prep work. You can use fresh or frozen spinach, but if you use frozen spinach thaw and squeeze out all the excess liquid the rest will dissipate when sauteed with the garlic and onion. I make every holiday and for birthdays as it is my family’s favorite.
