Another comment (ups) maybe put a few car parks around? Specially close to the parks and the commercial areas! Loving this series

I really like how you designed the pedestrian in between the housing, it looks really nice also, don't be afraid to put commercials in the same area as residentials. Maybe it will create less traffic because then people don't need to get a car to go shopping
