This guy doesn't know what he is talking about, he's not old enough to know the history of Santana, gangs did not break away from FxTroop because they wanted their own independence, they broke off because the big homie wanted them to drop their hoods and only claim FxTroop and also a lot of hoods didn't even exist in the 70's . I went to Y.A in 1981 and when I came out there was a lot of new hoods , for instance Highland St. , 6th St . East Side, South Side , Lopers , 7th St , Compadres , Bishop St , Brown Side , Dark Side , Sullivan St , Alley Boys , West Myrtle, Centro Myrtle, Calle Flowers , Locotes , I might be forgetting a few but all these hoods didn't exist in the 70's . There was only a few Gangs in the 70's like Delhi , Santa Nita , FxTroop, Logan , 5th St , 2nd St , 17th St , Middle Side , West Side Santana, Artesia by the way is a street not what this dude said, he don't know what he's talking about, yes Logan is a old hood but they didn't get active until the 90's , he's not old enough to be telling history stories about Santana, I'm 58 and I can tell you he don't know what he is saying. He just said a bunch of nothing.

Alot of clicks that broke off from Ftroop happened because they got too cocky. Dudes from Highland st said dudes from the park were trying to bully and punk them and act like they were better then the dudes from the Highland st click, and it went from fistfights to shootouts over night and Highland st for being a smaller varrio were one of the most trigger happy hoods in OC. OVC in Orange, who was the original click and where Ftroop 1st started. broke off cause they felt el salvador park Ftroop was starting shit with too many of its own clicks, and with other hoods and not finishing what they started or carrying their own weight. Other clicks had other reasons too but the consensus from most former Ftroop clicks were cats from the park either looked down on the other clicks, bullying them, tried to tell the other clicks what to do,or were leaving all the dirty work to the other clicks to deal with. South Side Santana broke off because they were putting in alot of work and the park was taking all the credit for it. They went from being a major force with big numbers and lots of territory to being an average sized hood. If they had played their cards right. They could have had not just Santana locked down but other cities in OC.

Once your busted they'll try to take what you had and maybe one or two out of 100 will write you a letter once in a while will send you some money but at the end of the day its not worth it. This is the real prison channel man
I don’t care how many years you do, you tend to forget as soon as you are in the free world.
I spent years behind bars, I just did 6 months for charges I was found NOT GUILTY for, I’m still fighting a fresh case since may, the police literally harass me, they raided my baby moms house where I did not live just to ruin my relationship with my kids.
The only reason they are out to get me is they’re own fault, I got put away 2 years for firearm charges but they couldn’t charge me with drug trafficking because they didn’t put it on the warrant so they seized a very large amount of prescription pain killers and Xanax, I had thousands of pills, they just seized them, charged me with a 37 count indictment with what they could charge me with… yet they were upset because they didn’t get a 5-8 years out of me, I was not even selling drugs I was just a user who sold mine to get mine for free…

Lol he’s not doing a good job. There is sooooo much stuff he could be doing to make this channel better and many people(including myself) has brought it to his attention and it’s never acted on. Things like fixing the volume issues on the majority of the calls. Creating playlists. Keeping us updated on what’s going on behind the scenes(like why did he delete all the old videos or what was going on with the prisoners - like Conejo when he was in the hospital and we didn’t know anything about his condition for weeks). More consistency with the uploads. Visual effects(maybe photos?) while the interview is going on so we aren’t stuck looking at someone in a mask nodding his head. More interaction with his subscribers.

Plus he got that kid killed in High Desert State Prison so I don't support his channel anymore. He was told by Northerners that if he released that story the kid would be killed and he still released it, just for the views. Man that is so fucked up.

I said it’s like if a drug dealer got Xanax bars pressed with fentanyl and knew they were cut with it and decided to sell it anyway and someone died they would hold some responsibility in that persons death.

There is an article by the OC register on the murders that happened in 1993 in Santa Ana , it was called “ two square miles of sudden death “. I believe 90% of the murders in the city happened within those two miles , and 90 % of the murders in OC happened in Santa Ana. If you break it down further the murder rate per capita in my surrounding blocks was at 3rd world country rates . I knew at least 15 of the victims on that list personally , 94 and 95 were just as bad .

Interesting question, I never thought about that until you mentioned it. So what did happen to all them Mando supporters? I tripped out when I got to the County jail and the classification deputy asked me who's side I was on , I didn't know what to say until this youngster told me you have to pick a side homie, I was like yeah but to tell a cop and he said it was good. I had to scratch my head on that one, but I was old school all the way so I said the Old Man. I tripped when I saw the names on the list and I was like man something is wrong here because I knew most of them and knew this would back fire . sure enough it did. On the bottom it read out with the old in with the new . Mando called that riot in Chino and it was ugly and scary, at least for me I know a lot of homies will say they weren't scared but anything can happen in a riot you just don't know .

I used to be a bouncer at 99 bottles when it was Lofflers and remember when Mando 1st got out and showed up there with his homeboys from Hard Times. They made sure everyone knew what his status was within the politics. I got him a VIP booth for him and his boys. I knew one of his homies Gato real well since i had done time with him at Susanville and I tried to be real cool with Mando. Giving him his respect just as a good camarada should but everytime I'd hook them up drinks or anything he seemed arrogant, ungrateful, and would complain about everything even though it was free of charge. His homie was constantly apologizing for him. They got banned from the bar for jumping some cat weeks later, the sheriffs and feds came around a few months after that. Investigating a number of things from a shooting that happend a few streets down from the bar,why they had jumped that dude,to all his illicit activities. I guess they couldnt charge him with anything at that point but they hit him with an injunction where he couldn't be at the bar anymore. Us bouncers were instructed to call the cops if he ever showed up. Which of course is something i wouldn't have done but I was glad when all that shit finally calmed down. But it was just the start of the war between him and the viejo in the county. And alot dudes from my generation from different varrios got caught up and had their careers ruined for putting their money on the wrong horse. I was glad i never got busted during that time. Santa Ana is the heart of Orange County it's pretty small compared to other cities like LA but back in the 90's and early 2000's when the gangbanging was a thing to do and gorgeous girls love it dk why but they did anyways back then there was around 90' to 80' gangs from having 10 to 20 or 100 to 120 homeboys per gang not to mention the one's that had different KliKas for example Lopers gang had KliKas I think 5st, 2st, Pine st, Chestnut st, Big Minnie st "they call it big Minnie st cause it's only called Minnie st but there's a part of that st that's called Lil Minnie st another gang and they are rivals" Madison Park, and I think that's so yeah lots of gangs for a city that's only around 10X8 miles it's a guess only not 100% accurate so don't act smart and a POPULATION of 457,987 also it's a close estimate. But thank GOD them gangs pretty much died out you'll see 1or 2 youngsters posted cause like 80% of their homies are either LOCKED UP, or DEAD and a few are doing great with their families businesses and serving the LORD. Now the City is getting a lot of white folks that are moving into the new Lil Box Apartments that they are making everywhere. Also in DOWNTOWN on 4th st it was full of Mexican business a couple years ago they kicked everyone out or the owners were offered MONEY they couldn't resist so they SOLD and now pretty much all business are own by white people there's CAFE'S, BARBERSHOPS, ICE CREAM SHOP, A PLACE WERE THEY PERFORM ON STAGE, A SANDWICH PLACE, and other new shops. The shops that are still standing or survived are THE PAWNSHOP, COUPLE OF JEWELRY STORES, and a few clothing stores also a store were they make 15añera dresses they did it because the new train is gonna cruise by 4th Street but the city looks 100% than it used to back in the 90's...

I'll answer only from my perspective. I personally didn't ever have hate on LOS. However,I disliked a few vatos because they swore they were all aca, walking with their chest out talking about Puro Los. Now,these type of individuals only said that with a bunch of homies around. But the moment I would pull them aside or see them by themselves, I'd ask him,if they have a personal problem they'd like to address. Of course, the balls were instantly tucked in.I would come at them extremely respectable but they understood the meaning behind it.We'd talk for a few minutes and i'd explain,we need to respect our surroundings because the county one may think they're better than, one of them will be the one who has your back when you least expect it.I was in a situation once where someone raised their hand for a move, yet, when the time came,he froze right there when we were moving on the guy,I kept it to myself but he never acted hard with me after that and i would shine him on.Another situation was me hesitating to help out a hardcore homie during a riot, just because it was proof that another homie will be the one that will save your ass.And yes, when all said and done,I could tell he remembered my words. But,O*C has those same type of homies just as every condado does. If one walks and talks like they're all aca ,one must accept how they're viewed and talked to or even challenged. It shouldn't be against an entire condado, it should only be against said individual because some have gigantic egos.As for music, one will never catch me bumping rap. But I've heard some and I heard good stuff from Kujo,Hazerd, and Mr.Dee but if I must be honest, the Norteno homies get down with it. But,I remain a man stuck in the 70s & 80s.

Great story ! Of course we Luv tha neighborhood we grew up at. All tha good times & bad times we been through. All tha memories we have as we get older, some dead or in prison. Especially when you go to prison and you feel like your missing out in your hood. But in tha end of tha day you aren't missing out in shit. Even when you get released from prison everything still the same in your hood. Tha difference is people are older and some of your homies still doing tha same shit they where doing before you left to prison. So in reality you didn't miss out in shit besides you doing all them years in prison. Y'all know what I mean tha ones that been through a similar situation. So all tha youngster out there, stay in school and get educated. Because in tha end of tha day all you have is yourself and you want to be as smart & wise as you can. So you can survive out there just in case if you have nobody, you have yourself and that's all you need so you can get your own place and a good job so you can take care of yourself and don't rely on absolutely no one.

We need to teach our kids that prison, gangs and drugs aren't a part of life, or that they shouldn't be..as youngsters we want to belong and be loved and respected, having Hispanic parents comes with the burden of then being authoritarian disciplinary and detached if they're immigrants and Laxed , careless Chicano parents who were or are in the game themselves and don't mind us following in their footsteps. having any of those two kinds of parents will have us wanting to belong , wanting to be recognized and loved , and gangs will give you a false sense of all that. I was fortunate to have gotten out of the life thanks to the military , but not before suffering and witnessing lives lost and shedded tears of pain. It all starts at home , don't we want better for our kids?? This system is designed for minorities to fail , we shouldn't contribute to that.

I agree and disagree, I don’t believe the system was built for minority’s to fail. It was built for people of low economic standings to fail. That’s why we’ve seen the middle class all but disappear over the last 20 years.

@@astrozoo FXTROOP is definitely the most famous , they had the most big homies , they were the biggest varrio with more than 13 clicks in the late 70s and early 80s the fact that it broke up into so many different varrios , the killings within. Imagine if it would have remained intact , Salvador park , 12 st , 9th , 7th , 6th , 5th , highland, Goldenwest, walnut , myrtle, south side , the west , east side , lil brook , Shelly st , and more . But Santanita , DelHi , lopers , are big as well. The list is endless and everyone has had their time to shine , every varrio that was making a name for themselves eventually got put away and while they were representing in the prison system young new gangs popped up in those areas . The legendary homies who are no longer around will live on in war stories. In the end nobody wins , it’s a losers game .
