My beautiful friend Sonya. That's the first time she's shared our experience in the cabin after the bluff charge, the activity that followed indoors (October, 2015). I of course respected her wish to keep that personal until she was ready to share that. I was never concerned about her safety as I'd been interacting with that family (Nef's family) for a couple years prior. I felt comfortable from my experience and had no concern that any harm would come to either of us. I was happy they gave her the experience they did which had a profound impact on her journey into their world. Please keep Sonya in your prayers ❣

Oh my gosh, after watching this several minutes ago, I sat here (and still am) and realized this beautiful soul is the same beautiful soul I listened to a couple of weeks ago on this same channel. With her now being ill, I didn't connect her earlier video with this one.
I want to say that her earlier video (i had saved), hit me on such a deep and profound level. Listening to her stirred an awakening in my soul. So much so that I was stunned at the time and her words in her video started me on this quest and thirst for more. I pray she can realize that her time in sharing is time deeply appreciated by me. Blessed be sweet lady and much love to you ❤

Love Sonya and I thank the channel owners for bringing her stories to us multiple times. I have to wonder if the level of interaction that she's experienced, and her openness to its energy, has taken a physical toll on her. On one hand, maybe it's completely unrelated, but on the other hand, how could it not? Maybe one of the reasons "they" keep their distance is because they know we're not equipped to handle prolonged exposure to their energy.

Evidently the FOREST PEOPLE are high vibrational beings, can shapeshift and that said they can control their energies and frequencies.

I don't know what Sonya's health condition is ("transition to the other side") but whatever it is (e.g., cancer, etc.) I would focus on three related things. Hippocrates wrote 2,400 years ago that "If you are sick and still eating YOU are feeding your illness. Stop eating and you will heal." In the little known ancient document "The Essene Gospel of Peace" - of which there are two known copies - it is basically a first person account, by the Essenes, of the words of Christ in the 1st C.E. AD. Some was Q&A. Christ said that a fast of 7 days "will cure you of all of the sins (you've done) against your body." In May I did a 7 day fast for the first time (only having done a few 3 day fasts before). It's not easy but it's not painful. It's a mind game. "Eat something" vs "Continue the fast". By day 4 and 5 I was in a blissful state - so peaceful and serene. I got to understand a little of what Christ said. On day 6 I went for a run in 92 degree for 25 minutes and it wasn't a jog (up-tempo). and I am nearly 73 years old (male). It's a whole different form of experience. Science tells us that by about 3rd day the body switches from using glucose for fuel to "ketones" (fat) for fuel. As a result, a process called "autophagy" ("self eating) starts which is a housecleaning best described as "getting rid of anything superfluous to life" (dead/dying cells; I believe cancer cells, viruses, bacteria, etc - anything that doesn't belong. God's house cleaning design. AND new stem cells are produced to replace what is removed. Third/finally, Dr. Satchin Panda of the Salk Institute proved by around 2017/2018 that consuming food too late - relative to sundown - is absolutely terrible for one's health. He answered a hypothetical in a youtube interview by microbiologist Dr. Rhonda Patrick back then with this shocking response: "Sadly it is BETTER to eat an unhealthy meal during the day because eating later in the evening turns even highly nutritious food into junk." He says "When you eat is more important than what you eat." How can this be? He explains that "excess circulating glucose" (ECG) in the blood at/after sundown is NOT REMOVED because the pancreas is "asleep" and doesn't release insulin to get rid of that ECG. SO that ECG causes inflammation continuously ALL THRU THE NIGHT and it doesn't stop until about an hour after the person awakens AND is exposed to light then insulin is released to remove it. But the damage has been done all night. I don't yet know how long it takes to heal but I believe it's more than a day - assuming one doesn't eat late again. Remember that inflammation IS at the root of all illness. And note that the blood brain barrier cannot protect the brain from inflammation coming via the blood. Also know that cancer cells thrive best with glucose as it's fuel source (ECG!!) and in an environment that is somewhat low in oxygen (inflamed blood vessels impair oxygen exchange) and in an environment that is somewhat acidic. An inflammed environment is acidic. Science knows that ECG IS at the root of Type II diabetes, Alzheimers (called "diabetes of the brain" - see the blood-brain-barrier comment above again) and obesity. I told this to a stranger on a golf course. I didn't think he was listening but he had just asked how I stayed so healthy and fit. I told him a short version of the above. FOUR WEEKS later he told me he was age 73 and a Type II diabetic for 20 years - "taking insulin often". He had tried everything to no avail. He feared how bad the rest of his life would be. When he got home that day he figured he had nothing to lose so he stopped eating well before sundown. At the end of the first week of doing that, he noticed that EVERY DAY his AM glucose was slightly lower than the day before. CHANGE occurring in days. THAT WAS unprecedented so he got more motivated and kept going. He found me after four weeks. His glucose that morning was 78 (normal

A special account by a special lady. Thanks. SO well done. In late December 1980, I was camping in a remote area near Robbers Cave State Park in east Oklahoma. It was 18 degrees and there was recent snow/ice on the ground. At 2AM, my girl friend heard a vocalization. We knew there were no people maybe for miles on that very cold night. She was almost catatonic with fear. Then we both heard the 2nd one. I almost panicked. It wasn't an animal. It kind've sounded human but it's range and control was not human. It was a very long exhale - as though an expression of tiredness and being in the 18 degree cold too long. It seemed female - not gruffy like a male. There were no people in that Park or the area we were in. I never heard any footsteps or movement or any other vocalization. I figured this creature/being was maybe 30 feet away. That vocalization did not come from level with me but from way up. Maybe 8 to 12 feet "UP". Back then I had never heard the words bigfoot, sasquatch, etc. I had no idea that people "believed" in a giant hairy man of the woods. I knew it was nothing that I had ever heard before. I was hyper alert for 3 hours when the sun came up. UNfortunatlely with snow on the ground I didn't think to look for footprints. I wanted out of there. 45 years later I still think about this and "What if...."
There is a very little known ancient document that is title "The Essene Gospel of Peace." Christ was an Essene and this was an account of what he said to his fellow Essenes. There are two copies - one was in the Dead Sea Scrolls find. THe other was in the archives of the Vatican. Much of this excellent document was Q&A with Christ. Christ advised that we use "The Four Angels of Healing" from our Earth Mother. They are: (1) exposure to air; (2) exposure to sunlight; (3) consumption and immersion in water; (4) physical contact with the earth. Isn't that interesting? Only Bigfoot is living according to Christ's words.

Every once in a while we stumble across someone who just has a “special something” about them, that is like a bright light on a dark night. This to me, is Sonya. I never met her but when I saw her first interview I thought she would be fun to talk with. It seems to me, the animals probably felt the same way about her. I will miss her light when she decides it’s time to go.
Thank you for sharing your experiences Sonya.

@@Pam-u9b….in this interview. They specifically noted during the prior interview with Sonya that the nearby frogs, birds… surrounding animals appeared to be drawn to Sonya while they were filming. Thats what I was referring to.

Thank you for expending so much of your life force energy to share this with us! I wanted to share this back: The father of the clan I'm currently working with telepathically asked me to leave them crystals about 4 days ago. Through listening to other podcasts on this channel a couple of days later, I heard that they are known to use quartz crystals. I had absolutely no idea. So I don't know who those other people are that think it's "weird" that you have always like to leave crystals. I LOVE that idea, myself! Also your psychic abilities and you saying you are not really psychic as you don't call it in on purpose, etc. -- Anytime you are using your "extra senses" (clairaudience, claircognizance, clairsentience, and clairvoyance), you are super psychic!

Thank you Sonya, your story gives me some answers to things going on on in my life. Been in one area for 7 years now and they do a lot of the things you mention to me. Animals come to me, snakes come by and visit me, cats, birds and dogs that I have been told by the owners that it’s weird cause their dog never just goes up to strangers. Also at my home, which is in a big neighborhood, I find X’s with branches by my pool, pool rings hanging on the smallest twig branches and stones stacked up that Ive collected through the years. I don’t exploit them or put anything I find to the public, just my journey of life. Be safe and god bless.

Too bad we have to be so frightened to tell the truth.
Ndes have opened the doors to the unknown.
Science has been punishing instead of investigating.
Reward yourself and others for truthfulness.
