Confidence comes from knowing yourself, being your own individual. This is why children are generally automatically confident. We lose it bit by bit by being molded into a product of our environment and losing our sense of authenticity. Those that continue to always build their individuality and do their best to stay true to themselves are basically more confident than most. This is exactly what I coach people on...how to uncover and live as their own unique individual. Taking charge of their lives and in that process naturally becoming more confident. Thanks so much for all your videos and pertinent information, Ajit! You are helping me to continue to build my own confidence with my coaching endeavor! 💖💪
Very insightful information!! Keep up the great work!! I have struggled to understand what it truly means to have confidence, and the connection to competence makes total sense to me!! Practice makes perfect, small imperfect progress is key!! 🙏❤️🙏
love this. golden nugget: imperfect action. not to be afraid of just jumping off the ledge: you will build your wings on the way down :) Thank you Ajit once again for another insightful video
Absolutely nothing, Nirmala! That's exactly what we are encouraging :) Imperfect action to move forward towards confidence. (and who knows? maybe that "imperfect" turns out to be "perfect" ❤)
Thank you so much for sharing your story and tell us that you start writing memos (once a month) before writing a book. This opens me the eyes, because that's what I'm doing now (I published a monthly digital magazine) and didn't value it enough. Happy and grateful to be part of your CLC tribe
Thanks Ajit, another great video. I am now procrastinating making videos on social media, to give more value to my clients, I know that I need to build competence and confidence... Your words are illuminating my resistance.
Saw your video on Imposter syndrome and Navigated here from there.. your videos are very informative and real!! Thank you.. I also wanted to buy your book on coaching.. but was not able to.. I am from India.. pls post a link to your books in your videos, so that we can buy!!🙂👌👍

I dont know if there was exactly a big new insight here for me, but watching this somehow reminded me how important it is to listen to that part of myself that isn’t run by a kind of self doubt or harshness, and to try to remind myself more of this possibility. Thanks! Overall it just really hits home for me and feels really relevant.
Brilliant once again. Taking imperfect action really struck home for me. This is exactly what I am doing on Instagram. I know I can do better, I know it is a growth curve AND I am doing the work. Growing with every post, every write up and every video :). Doing it already without knowing it haha
Haha, loved that intro! Great introduction to the idea that confidence is situational. Thanks Ajit for a great conversation! Really useful to us coaches! #lifecoach
Appreciate the content! I'm just now starting a life coaching business, last video on my channel is about it. I have experience doing it informally but I know I have a lot to learn to get the kind of growth I envision. Hope we continue to inspire people to live their best lives - including us too!

Hi, thanks for the video, very interesting. Thanks for sharing story about your son. And yes, kids have beautiful confidence. I love to watch them and used to learn from them a lot. My confidence was lost in my childhood when I was criticised a lot. Of course, I know now that my parents ad also people who did criticise me, they couldn't behaviour differently. I totally forgave them and have learned a lot by this. I would like to say that I have built my confidence back. As you says Ajeet, by doing small steps, getting our of your comfort zone and also by actually work out what is behind this. I did work work out that in my circumstance it was the fear of success and also being judged. Under my confidence is trust, trust to yourself, that I am capable of doing this :) Thanks and With love 😘
Ajit Thank you, for another insightful video. I am truly enjoying these videos. However, could someone help me with how to access my purchased book? I have searched, and look for it by logging but I don't have access. Thanks in advance.

I enjoyed this video. The biggest insight is to ask myself where can I take an imperfect action? Imperfect actions compound into competence.
Great takeaway! Thanks for sharing 💙
