    Egg - 4 pieces (medium)
    Vegetable oil - 100 ml
    Kefir / Buttermilk - 70 ml
    Sugar - 150 g
    All-purpose flour - 170 g
    Cocoa powder - 10 g
    Baking powder - 8 g
    Baking soda - 3 g (½ tsp)
    Salt - 1/3 tsp
    Food coloring - 1-2 tsp
    Cream cheese for roll
    Cream cheese - 400 g
    Butter - 120 g
    Powdered sugar - 100 g
    Lemon juice - 1 tsp
    Oven - 180 C / 356 F
    Time - 12-15 minutes
