Man, I wish you would have shown the part when you put on outer ring. I’m having the hardest time getting that sucker on. I have a big snap ring plier and the pliers for the flat ring like on this cylinder. Any advice would help. Also I’ve tried using flat heads and combination of both tool.
Good lick, Joe. I'm working on my 48 loader bucket cylinder now and ran across your tube. Good info just in case my lift cylinders start leaking.
The bucket should be about the same, hope it got you moving in the right direction.

They can fight you for a while sometimes I'll use piston ring pliers to hold it steady and then a big pair of flat faced ones to leverage it open.

How long did it take to disassemble and rebuild/reseal the cylinder when you are not making any video?
If the snap rings don't fight back I would say an hour is about right.
