Good job! It's fun to do something like this once. There are easier ways to make money that's for sure. But like you said there is value is the fun and experience you get from doing something like this.
I pretty much refuse to ship in December, too many grumpy people at the post office plus COVID-19 does not make a pleasant experience. Otherwise yeah you can fix and flip but you can make more margin per machine with some precise searches on Craigslist, OfferUp, etc. But takes patience.
